Exactly what I did yesterday. Went shopping with the youngest,  my almost 18 yr old son. He has one semester of h.s. left. I was one tired momma by the time we got home around 9.  good news was hubs flew in just in time to meet us for supper.

Wow tami, 7 kids ?  You have the patience of a saint. I had times I wondered if I were gonna survive my two sons.

Ohhh no poor you only had 1 and you were gone until 9?? I couldn't do it... Yeah your hubby's home.. I never get a chance to miss mine, we live together, work together, fish together, sleep together, shop together. I'm sensing a pattern here.

yep, I gave birth to 4 married 3 and hubby and I have been raising them together for the last 12 almost 13 years. We had custody of them all. I wondered if I was going to make it sometimes trying to combine two different families is sooooo very hard.. but somehow (thank God) we survived.

No grand babies yet, thank goodness, I'm old but not old enough, out oldest is (step-son) 27 and youngest is 16 (my daughter) Our girls are 21, 20, 18, 16 get this the oldest girls are 8 months apart 1 is my step daughter and one is my daughter they are both named Ashley, Yeah that was fun for awhile...  lol

Lmao.  8 months apart, both named Ashley. So 4 girls, 3 boys. I am sure it's hard to blend families. I have no experience since my parents are still married, and my sister and I have only been married once. maybe we have the lucky genes to find them and keep them the first time. *wink*

Wow that is a lot of together time. Work, play, eat, sleep. I might would have needed a vacation alone.  The closest hubs and I have been to working together was when he was in the army decades ago. I worked for JAG.  He would want to write up a soldier and I would tell him no, or visa versa. Lol

Other than that, the weekends are all we have after the chores and yard work are done.  We live on two acres. That is a lot to cut every week from April to November. Ah....living in the south.

I would probably just leave them there.  Rename them: Read me.

Actually, I renamed them "Ladies like it big and hard" and "Mila Kunis wants you".  He's going to kill me, but I've been dying of the giggles everytime I look over at him.  I wish I could be here to see his face when he opens them, but I am totally going to scram.

LMAO!  I'm wondering which will be worse, his disappointment that it isn't actually Mila or the shock of having to read fanfic based on Twilight before he figures it out

I hope your daughter starts to feel better Soon!! And please don't apologize for asking for the prayers. My mom is a two time cancer survivor and I asked everyone that I knew, including my internet friends, for them to keep my mom in there thoughts.

Please keep us posted and I will keep your family and your daughter in my thoughts!
