I gave My Wounded Solider the flick, can't really remember why though ~~but I do have Bringing Bella Home on my TBR list, I am a tad nervous about it but we'll see how it goes. She hasn't tagged it as tragedy, but it is drama so we shall see...~~

Edit: Got curious and went and skimmed the last couple of chapters. No way I am reading this fic any time soon. Just looks like another sad depressing story but this time without a real HEA...If I am wrong, I would like someone to enlighten me, but at least for the moment this one is off the TBR list.

My wounded soldier was good. I dont think i will read bringing bella home as well.

Any recs for something light to read? I've been browsing but cannot find anything. Not too much angst, HS/college is ok. B&E with hea, a must and has to be well written. Sorry, kinda picky, I know.
It's been a harsh couple of weeks and I need a Calgon moment.

I was wondering- we already have lists here posted for fics listed on this site. What do you folks think about further lists?

Personally, I would LOVE to have a place to go to see if a fic does NOT have an HEA, if it's angsty, funny, etc. It's fairly easy to find out about pairings and whatnot, but it would be awesome for a one stop shop for warnings. At the very least, I'd love a list of all Non-HEA fics, so we aren't blindsided.

This is very cute story.another well-written HS fic with 0 angst. but very good storyline & unique chracters.This bella is 1 of my fav bella.

I started HMLwR and it is hilarious. A perfect way to start off my reading marathon. In the Inn( with 2 n's) when B looks at E's junk and says.."huh" I lost it. Charley giving fashion advice when B was dressed in flannel and jeans !!??!!
Priceless!! Anyone out there who wants a little fun/laughter read this one, it's good. Thank you for the recs.

*Waves frantically* Sorry I've been MIA. I've been stuck on this reading loop for weeks. (Since I hurt my back) the problem is since I've not been able to find new fics that take me to my happy place I've had to start re-reading fics I've already read some for the third or fourth time. Here's the list of fics I've completed in the last three weeks.

Ethically, I'd take issue with sharing a fic that was plagiarized from a published original work. Unlike something that was once free on the internet, the author of The Reluctant Dom never gave permission for their work to be shared that way. If someone is really interested in reading it, maybe they should buy the novel.

I saw this post and found that my 12/2011 PDF copy is 1465 KB but the the copy I redownloaded from FF.Net today is only 901 KB. Both using FlagFic, same number of chapters, pages, date updated, etc. If Flagfic gave the number of words that would give a better picture of whether a fic has been edited. Does anyone know why the file sizes would be different? Thanks!

I know that he changed the bookcover jpg to use fewer KB when downloading to save space.
It did not make a real visual change, but it does save space.

I just finished Bringing Bella Home and love it! Lots of drama but the author pulls everything together to a really nice conclusion. I just started reading Finding My Thunder.
