I was wondering if anybody happens to have "A Crimson Change" by rubiconqueen? I think it was removed quite recently so I haven't been able to find it on here.

Sorry, I knew I remembered the writer's tone and I finally found it.  It was 'The Great Adventure' by RenaBug1.  I truly did try for hours before I posted, which of course, is when I found it.

This fic takes place in the late 1800s to the early 1900s (I believe):
Edward is, in town (where Bella and Charlie live) but not for long. They're both youngish (to us). There's a storm and Bella and Edward seek shelter in, I believe, a barn. Charlie and someone else find them the next morning and say that Bella has been compromised and Edward must marry her. She tries to disagree but he agrees with it. They marry and prepare to mmaybeake the journey to wherever he is going, I think it'll take around three weeks. At one point they meet up with his brother/cousin Emmett and his wife Rosalie. There's a big earthquake (maybe the big San Fran one of 1906?) and Emmett dies, I believe. In the end its them, their dog and they have made a life. I cannot recall any strong words that would help me in a Google search and most of the ones for FFN searches are coming up too short.  I remember Bella was a virgin (Edward might have been too but I am unsure) and she was sorta awkward and uncomfortable.  There's a scene where they stop somewhere and she's actually able to get a bath and clean dress.  It was completed, at least a year ago I think but not more than three.

Does this ring any bells for anyone?  My keyword searches seem to be a complete wash.  Thank you so much for reading regardless.

Where do you find the "Get Story URLS to download from webpage" option on the FanFictionDL?  I have Calibre but, I've never used it for grabbing fanfiction stories.  I would love to try that.

ok so i've now waited until i go through all my stories to post this, i'm actually looking through old bookmarks and such and finding a lot of the stories aren't there anymore so hoping they are uploaded somewhere or maybe the author changed pen names?
