Hey there ladies! I was just thinking about a story last that I read but can't remember the name to save my life! Here is one scene hopefully you all can help!

it's Edward and Bella, she's younger than him, they are at a performance (might be a play or opera - can't remember) and she is coming out of the restroom I think when she is approached by some younger guys. The group of men tell her that they can give her so much more than Edward because he's older. Bella then tells them about Edwards large um... package and "defends" their relationship. Edward gets upset because he told her to either not speak to other males or maybe not to defend the relationship I can't remember.

I know thats not super specific but I can't remember the story it goes with but I can't get it out of my head and now I wanna re-read it!!! Thanks in advance

Does anyone know if there are/have 2 final chapters of A Child is Born by pennypattz/pennysayseffyou? She wrote on her ff.net profile page, in regards to ACiB, "if you can't find the last two chapters, then you may PM me". I sent her a message few weeks ago, but got no response. I've also checked the PTS index & searched the web without any luck. All I find is the incomplete version with 12 chapters. I was hoping one of you awesome Twi FanFic gurus could help me. I broke my rule of not reading unfinished fics (it drives me nuts not to know the ending of a story) with ACiB, because it had over 5100 downloads & now I've got to know how it ends. Anyway, I'd really appreciate the help.

I'll ask drypen what she thinks about this idea.  As I try to herd people this direction (thanks especially to matron and laurendeplume for helping with that project), I keep thinking I should ask if the mods would lock those threads, but I didn't know how the rest of you would feel about that.  Do we have any dissenters?

Ok, I've sent a message to drypen asking for her thoughts.  I'd really like to hear from anyone who disagrees with the idea though.  If I don't hear from anyone, I'll assume that no one disagrees. 

Point of clarification - this would only be for those threads that are looking for stories whether by author, title or description.  Not the threads that are starting new discussion topics or like the non-canon thread. 

If you've already discussed this question at length on the discussions thread, I apologize.  I haven't been over there in the last few weeks while I've been working on the Index thread.  Not enough hours in the day to do everything!  If it's been discussed and a consensus reached, would somebody post a quick overview here or PM me?  Thanks.

So personally to me I like the way it's done. I like going to fanfic alley and reading the new posts or getting alerts from Fanfic alley. I think it's easier when someone is looking for fic to get a separate alert than from the board. There are several boards out there relating to Twilight fanfics and different members for each group I like the diversity. I don't think that the  152 board should be the only board that is non-canon. but that is just me it's easier for me to read one post than it is to try and be helpful going through 20 does that make sense. Just my 2 cents not that it's worth much.

Tami and Panda - Thanks for your thoughts.  While I agree with Matron and Laurendeplume that the lost newbies should be herded this way so they have full access to a larger body of accumulated knowledge on everything from Twilight stories to fanfiction grabbers to how PTS works, not everyone sees things the way I do.  I'll even admit to frustration as previously uploaded stories get uploaded on those threads by newbies eager to help, but not knowledgeable about search functions or conserving server space, but I'm such a damn rule follower!  And, of course, we were all there once.

In any discussions with the mods, I will keep your thoughts in mind. No matter what happens with existing smaller threads, there will always be newbies coming on PTS and starting a new thread, so I think you'll have an endless supply of one question threads to answer.

P.S. Tami - I recently saw one of your very detailed answers to someone asking for recommendations to a particular genre of Twilight ff.  All I can say is WOW!

Ive been looking for a Bella/Edward fic But i cant remember what its called  can anyone help me?

All i can remember is:
Bella is the only girls on a basketball team with Edward. The team does away to a basketball camp. While getting a physical James touches Bella.
Bella get ill and looks Edward looks after her.
Bella shares a room with edward at two others.
Jasper and Emmet work at the camp.

I cant remember anything else but help would be great

Hi I'm new here so I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right board but I'm looking for a twilight Edward/Bella fanfiction, but I can't remember if I read it on fanfiction.net or if it was a pdf. Edward is married and he's a doctor. Bella is his sister's, Alice, friend, but she's still in highschool and they end up having an affair. Someone ends up finding out about the affair and the news gets out all over her school. Their affair threatens Edward's career since at one point she was also his patient. The Cullens and Edward ignore all of Bella's attempts to contact them since Edward finds out his wife is pregnant. Bella finds out she's also pregnant and leaves town believing she's ruined Edward's career. She gives birth to her son Jacob who Edward doesn't know about until Bella and Jacob comes back to visit like 10 years later where Alice runs into them and then Jasper goes to Brazil to tell Edward about his son since he's out of town on a business trip.

If anyone could help me out that'd be awesome. Thanks!
