OK.Could you please screenshot what you see on the story page you are attempting to download from? Can you provide an example story URL that is not working for you?
This is an example story. It doesn't work either. You are not allowed to view links. Register or LoginSo far for some reason ficlab doesn't work.
Thank you - I have tested that story, and can confirm that it does download successfully with FicLab. This means that whatever is going wrong, is likely caused by something on your end of things.Could you please provide the screenshot that I keep asking for? It's really helpful if I can see what's going on, so I can assist you with resolving this.
It works now..... surprisingly.
Very strange! I'm pleased to hear it's working for you now though. If you have any trouble with it in the future, please feel free to contact me for assistance. The best way to reach me is via the You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login.
When I read a story it had links in between the pages, will that show through th ePub file?Basically sometime in the middle there'll be an add or a commercial, or something similar, also some links between the words.
No. FicLab's ebook files do not include any advertising.
What a relief, also is there's a program that allow you to read ePub files on the computer? Want to double check the stories.
There are plenty. I use adobe digital.
Is it free to download?
You see th adds on this webpage, its in that format that shows up on fanfiction.
As I mentioned in my previous posts, FicLab does not include *any* advertising in its ebook files. At all.The story chapters contain the words the author has written, and nothing else.
Fanficfare is having issues again, but if you reupload the update from the 16th it works. The new update caused me to fail and then he put out a fix which caused a cloudfare issue. I just reverted to the old update and its working.
This might be a super dumb question, but how do you install Fanficfare? I can get to its GitHub page, but then I have absolutely no idea how to install it. I would also not have any idea how to view the update from the 16th... I managed to install it on Calibre as a plugin but it doesn't seem to work...
