Without PTS to peruse last night, I stumbled around You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login for a O/S and read the freakin' lovely Compromised by Edward's Eternal , which I adored but it was quickly over.

More snooping (why do I not visit that site more often?) and I found LyricalKris' Fly Away Home. (BTW it's not on Ellachanted's drive). I'm only on chapter 10, but I can't stop reading this fic. Love it! Edward is so adorable. Innocent without being naive. (Of course there's a reason for this  ). If you enjoy supernatural fics, check it out.

So pulled out my City of Bones book with the intention of starting this series, but I am not sure I can pull myself away from the fanfiction. What the hell is wrong with me? I was all eager to read it after watching the Netflix original season one based on this, and now all I can think about it what good EXB story can I read next?!

I've been thinking about watching CoB but after watching the movie I've been a bit hesitant about it. Is it worth watching hun?

I'm not surprised hun, it's beautiful but heartbreaking. 

I think that the Netflix series was better than the movie and I was disappointed that season 2 doesn't start until early 2017.

Are you in the U.S.? I can't find the series on my Netflix. Hmmm. I did see that it's a Freeform (formerly ABCfamily channel) show though. I usually wait until a series is complete before starting to read it, but I'm not sure if that's feasible here since The Dark Artifices trilogy is still unfinished. The series is chronologically the fourth series in The Shadowhunter Chronicles and a sequel to The Mortal Instruments. (CoB is the first of TMI series). Ugh, getting complicated.

Actually I watched The Giver earlier today and consequently downloaded the book series.

I'm still on a high from reading Fly Away Home by LyricalKris. I really enjoyed it.

I watched on Netflix in Canada. We should all have access to the same shows regardless of location IMO.
