This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

Well, I tried both on the other story (Can't Have You) Neither worked. I get blank chapters. Not sure why.

Fortunately, I probably wouldn't read that story anyway. I can handle step-siblings having sex, but not brother and sister.... unless one is adopted.

I think it's time for a re-read of UL.

There is definitely something about a guy in a Pilot's uniform.

I thought everyone knew that by now as it was mentioned months ago and Hopeless and Losing Hope has been optioned for movies which I personally would of loved to seen made before UL but as Nick B is looking hot these days I think I can live with how things are going.

Still not watched any Downton even though everyone I know (including the hubby

) watches it but I don't see much point in starting now as the next series on TV is the last one.
Though bad face lifts and botox has piqued my interest in it.

Oh! Yes. Downton...Last season, 3, I noticed Mrs Crawley had that 'pulled' look about her; the kind of look one gets either going full speed in a wind tunnel or at the end of a surgeon's scalpel...This season, 4, her face doesn't move at all....I'm not sure if you'd call it a 'bad' face-lift but its certainly lift of some kind....

I might of exaggerated slightly when I said that everyone knew this news, it's only cos of major stalking of CoHo I knew about it.
I'd like to say it's mainly about the packaging (or the package ) as his You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login ain't all that
(he tried out for Christian Grey, but who didn't!?! ), but he's a model (who isn't these days ), a four-time world champion martial artist and runs his own business.
If I remember rightly he got the part as he took to Instagram, Facebook and (I think) Twitter petitioning for UL to be made into a film and he was willing to star in it.
But when he looks this hot wearing glasses I'm starting to not care at all at how well he can act.

Just posting this one because....

When using bloxp you have to make sure you're copying the addy from the first chapter on the blog as that works best.
I can't remember what works best on blog2book as I don't really use it that often - prefer epubs.

I really enjoyed CHY, she started writing a sequel but she's not updated in ages peeps started posting some really nasty comments about it but like you said hun as they are brother and sister most peeps will probably be squicked out by it.

I think I liked it as I really liked the books: Brother/Sister by Sean Olin, Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma, Flowers in the Attic and a few other books based on Brother sister romances.

Yeah, I know I'm weird and take taboo romances to the extreme sometimes.

Am I the only one who didn't know that Counselor pulled to publish some of her fics as Diane Munier. She just finished Darnary Road and it's being published.

She also published Me and Mom fall in love with Edward (Spencer now) I didn't really like it that much as a fanfic, but it wasn't much of an HEA if I remember correctly. But it was well written. But then most of counselor's books are depressing to me LOL!

Yay, someone else who doesn't watch Downton! All my mates keep pestering me but I swear I'll not watch it till they are all out on DVD, and even then, there are some things I just don't watch on principle *CoughFrozenCough* cause I am as stubborn as they come. Haha.

I'm so glad I'm not the only person not to have watched it, I really thought I was about the only person on the planet that hadn't watched it.

My daughter watched frozen once last fall and wasn't interested, but a couple weeks ago she remembered she had a "snow princess" dress (curtsey of grandma for her birthday last fall) and recently we have watched the movie and song on youtube more than I would like. Now she sees other kids wearing frozen apparel and calls them "let it go clothes"

Yeah, I've not watched that either. To be honest I don't really watch much TV at all. Miss Fisher, Upper Middle Bogan, Call the Midwife and The Musketeers are about the only things I'm watching at the moment, and 2 of those aren't on TV at the moment. There are a few other TV shows that have finished that I have on DVD (White Collar, Sea Patrol, Merlin), but I get bored too easily to really watch much TV; I'd rather read a book. About the only show I've ever successfully binge watched is Veronica Mars, cause it's just the best ever.

Hmmm! They both worked with Black Keys ~~but not with Can't Have you, don't know why!~~
For Can't have You, bloxp gave me trouble with the epub until I put it through Sigil first, then I could open it in calibre. Pothi showed blank chapters.
