This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Just finished Parachute and all the outtakes. It was a really good story. Thanks for recommending it.

Now to find something else. Butterfly Betty seems to be re-adding all her stories back to FFnet. Not sure if they are straight adds or if she is editing them for content. She's like Tufano79. The story summaries sound good but I'm not sure I like her writing style. I never make it through the first chapter before I'm looking for something else. Oh well. Happens with real books too *coughOutlandercough* *coughInDeathcough*

Sorry, slight tickle in my throat.

Though I'm not sure how much is my inability to read anything that isn't Bella and Edward or that I just couldn't get into the stories.

Now to find something else.....

That is on my TBR list also.

So it seems my job is sending me for trainign for a week in May. I am going to Kansas City, MO. Never been there looking forward to it

I've read parts to see if it was done enough to read. Thanks! I will try that one next.

I'm currently reading The Wild and Wacky Adventures of Edward in PE! A really bad in a funny way fic by LindaRoo. It is very short. I was going through my funny fics to recommend to someone on FaceBook and it came up.

Yeah, I read weird stuff at times.....

I think they're all straight adds as I know FFn pulled all her fics but a few so I don't think she's edited them sice they've been pulled, they need it though.

Gotta agree with you hun, the summaries make me start reading her fics but by time I've made it a few chapters in I'm wishing I could flounce whether it's a WIP or not.

I'm about 2/3rds of the way through A Matter of Trust. I'm enjoying it. Bella is older than Edward, but strikes me as somewhat immature for her age. I've just gotten to the point where the true angst is starting. So far the drama has been minor and brief, due to the usual lack of communication, self-doubt and jumping to conclusions type of thing. There are a few irritations, like the overuse of the word s.l.u.t, which is used for some comedic purposes, but gets old. It's not overrun with SPaGs or too many adjectives, which is nice. There's some cute banter between Edward and Bella. Assuming she doesn't ruin it in the last 1/3, I'd recommend it.

No, I don't think I have. I haven't read all the Actorwards, partially because the summaries don't always say he is an Actor.

I've looked at completed versions of some of the reposted stories and the all seem to be straight adds to me. No changes to speak of.

GemAB - I hate it when an author does that - leaves a story half finished on Twilighted and finished it somewhere else. Its so annoying. You don't know whether it was just plain left unfinished everywhere or whether you have to go look for it on another site and find out if they have a completed copy. Life is too short some days.
