There's a story called A Change in Direction by jayeliwood in the Index.

It is possible to search the Index when you only have the story name.  While on the Index thread, you put a search word or term in the search box, change the search parameters from Entire Site to This Topic.  I used the word Direction and came up with 3 possibilities, including the story I named above.

I've been looking for this story for months now. I can't remember the title or the author so I'm hoping someone will know what I'm talking about. Some of these details might be a little off but this is what I think I remember from it. I believe vampire's are in control of the world and they have like files on humans to be able to find mates. Charlie and Renee move to this community or something so Bella can "mate" with Edward. Bella is of course resistant to this idea. Edwards family brings Bella's pillowcase to him and he ends up smelling her tears on it and goes crazy. They bring Bella to him so that they can do the mating process. Somewhere in the story I think Bella tries to run or something. He ends up locking her in a room and she gets sick because now that they're mated she needs his sperm in her or something. Sorry that's pretty much what I can remember. Not sure if it's all correct. I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

Does anyone recognize this from a E/B story?

Edward had some huge trouble in his old city. Something with an old girlfriend or something. Either she claimed that he forced her to have sex with him or something else. It wasn't true. I think her father pressured her to do it. And now Edward isn't allowed to be close to any female nor can he have a girlfriend until he is eighteen or twenty-one. It was prohibited by a judicial decision or something like that. When he moved with his parents to Forks, Bella and Edward fell in love and they have a secret relationship or Edward tells her to wait until it was over.

Does someone remember that story?

Edward is suffering from the death of his daughter who died from a car accident. His daughter wasn’t wearing the seatbelt, the mom was driving. He goes to a restaurant where Bella works and leaves her a watch. As she is heading home she sees a man ready to jump off a bridge who turns out to be Edward.
