Are you looking for a specific fic?  In the upper right hand corner is a search box with a drop down menu. Type in your search criteria and you will probably find the story has already been uploaded.  If you search and can't find what you're looking for, feel free to ask.  Remember that the Index to Uploaded Twilight stories always runs at least a month behind this thread.  So you need to search the current month as well as the Index when you're looking for a story, especially one that has recently been pulled.

Remember - Search before you request and Search before you upload!

Let me make some other suggestions that might make your life easier.  If you click the notify button (at the top or bottom of the page), you'll get an e-mail when something new is posted on the thread.  You can do this for any thread you're interested in following.  Also, if you bookmark the thread, when you access it through your bookmarks, it will have a little red "new" which, if you click on it, will take you to the last place you were on the thread.  This also works if you access the thread through the home page (fanfict alley, then the thread).  You do have to be signed in to get the benefits of the "new" button.  If you go the "notify" route, you'll be accessing from your e-mail and it will take you to the post that you received the notification on.

Hi everyone... I've been trying to remember the name of an E/B story that I started reading awhile back.  I remember Edward flying back from a business trip or something and there is an angel with him (I think it's Seth or Embry).  The angel makes it seem like something bad is going to happen to Edward in so many days and Edward either has to tell Bella something he's hiding or something like that.  It's funny but it's also suspenseful because you really don't know what's going to happen to Edward.  I know that's not the greatest description of a story but those are the main things that stand out.  Can anyone help???

I've been reading "The Golden Giants Tour" by WalkingWithGiants.  There is mention of a side story or outtakes called "The Merch Girl".  Does anyone know if it even exists out there?

I'm just looking for some stories that I read a while ago, but have completely forgotten the title and the name of, so please help!

1. Set in olden times, Bella's dad, Charlie has just been 'murdered' by James, when Bella herself refused to marry him because she knew he was only after their money and jewels. When James kills her father, the house maid, who is French I think, convinces Bella, or maybe it is her father who convinces her, who tells her to run to the Duke Carlisle, who is Charlie's friend and that he will help her.
She goes and pretends to be the maid at their house, and because Carlisle is away on his honeymoon with Esme, she can't confide in anyone. Bella hears about her father's death by being burned while in the manor and saddens even more.
Edward has a habit of seducing the maids, and he ends up seducing Bella too, teaching everything about sex and passion, not knowing of her true status.
The upper class is set in such a way that indicates that men must take pleasure only from their mistresses, not their wives. The wives are supposed to be cold and prude, and treat sex as only a necessary route towards having children.
Both Edward and Bella disagree with this and even her mother, who had French lineage, taught her about being her true passionate self before she passed away a long time ago.
Edward thinks that Bella knows all she does about proper manners and behavior because her unknown 'poor' father must have hoped to marry her to a high ranking man.
When Carlisle does come back, he immediately calls for Bella and tells her that he will help her, and also that her father is still alive.
Bella is kidnapped once by James, but Edward saves her, and also lots of other girls who were kidnapped there.
Bella also happens to know of her true French lineage, which places her above the status of a Duke even, but Edward and Bella get married anyway.

2. Bella is a hitchhiker, she meets Edward who is heartbroken because his gf Bree broke up with him to be with his best friend Mike.
Edward and Bella pretend to be together to make Bree realize her mistake and come back to him, but of course Edwards falls for Bella, and then ultimately is with her. Bella's whole family is dead, but that doesn't stop her form thinking constantly of her older brother, and she appears to even talk to him many times, taking advice from him.

3. Bella is turned by vampire Edward the first night they meet and while they have sex, who then has to teach Bella everything about who he is and what being a vampire means etc..
There's a scene where Bella and Edward come across a cow, and Bella just looks at 'it's dumb face' and thinks about whether or not she should eat it.
There's also a scene where Edward eats her out on top of a huge rock, and by the time he's finished the rock has diminished to a small rock because of Bella's thrashing.
There's also one scene where Bella and a vampire from Edward's past have a fight over Edward, which Bella wins. The vampire may be Victoria, I think.

4. Bella is from England, and she wants to go to the New World, i.e. the US, and boards a ship. She receives directions from her employer who is a tailor, on how to survive long ship journeys. Bella is given surety of working as a housemaid in a manor, but she doesn't know that the housemistress, along with her daughters, in the US are dead, and in her place, Jasper and Edward are staying there.
The housemistress and her daughters all die from being poisoned by the neighboring family, the Volturis', crazy daughter Jane.
When Bella gets there, she notices the unclean house, and uses that as a motive to make Edward keep her as a housemaid despite her to-be mistress being dead.
They are attracted to each other, and eventually Bella is given enough money in exchange for a necklace to be able to buy her freedom. Edward and Bella get married, and return to the manor. Ultimately, Jane unknowingly poisons her whole family with the same poisonous mushrooms she used on the mistress and her daughters. She tries to shoot Bella but is captured before that. There is some additional drama with James, who saw Bella on the ship and wanted her ever since, but he dies from the same poison before doing any harm.

I don't think so, but i've just skimmed through it. Another thing i remember is that, after getting married, Edward and Bella meet Queen Victoria. And it think the story was published just on TWCS, i don't think the author crossposted it on ff.net, but i'm not sure.

Searching for a story where Bella is either a Lawyer or in law school and her parents die and she's left her little sister Emma who's just months old. I can remember at some point that Emma is calling Bella mommy and it takes her off guard, but she comes to the realization that Emma was so young when their parents died that she couldn't remember them as her parents. That the only mother she could remember having is Bella herself.

Hey all. I am looking for a story, and it is driving me nuts that I can't find it. In it, Bella was changed by Maria. She stays with her for a number of years, and she is a shield. She is unable to feed from humans and has to go "vegetarian". She splits from Maria and goes on her own and ends up meeting the Cullens. She was changed in the 60's and her parents had taken her to get a tattoo before she ended up changed by Maria. The change alters the color of the tattoo. We also learn that Bella's shield absorbs the power of others when they try to use that power on her, and then she can use that power as if it is her own. Any help would be much appreciated. 

A few more details: Tanya and James are each obsessed with Edward and Bella. Toward the end, they both end up killed when the Volturi show up.
