Thanks, are they mostly on 152 forum or a little bit of everywhere? I have gone through most of the twific recs for vampire fics, so just wondering where I am going to search next

I think they're going to be scattered around the Twilight threads. Try putting the term "vampward" and "vampire" in the search box and change the parameters from Entire Site to This Board. That way you should pick up references in all the fanfiction alley threads. Remember, when your search results come up, they'll be grouped so you'll need to look to the right hand side of each listing and click on the blue numbers to get a detailed list for that thread. Or you could go to TwiFicRecs and check out their suggestions for vamp stories.

Just wondering if there is a resource that gives descriptions of the uploaded stories on here since I know that most are pulled now.

Sometimes if you google the story and author you will come up with a blog or something where it had been recommended before it was pulled

Even if you don't know the author's name, you can go to the Index thread, put the name of the story or a key word from the title in the search box, change the search parameters from Entire Site to This Topic, then click search.

In this case, Help Wanted was written by jaxon22.

That is just sad. Why do people have to be haters?

But have to say, if one is willing to post something out there, she should be prepared to have thick skin too.

The problem with Fanfiction.net is that there are so many fandoms there. I have heard that some of the issues are caused by writers in the less popular fandoms who don't appreciate the M ratings or the popularity of Twifics.

Though sadly, it is also unhappy people in our own fandom. And? Sometimes I hear about bullying, but it some of it turns out to be well meaning readers who try to point out SPaG errors and inconsistencies in order to help the writer. Or frankly, almost anything slightly negative can be seen as bullying. I've gotten so I just don't leave reviews unless I can say something nice.

I love read fics historical as "ASortaFairtaleb" by TEAMxCHARLIE, with with arranged marriage, where Edward has a lover before the wedding and does not leave her after marrying Bella, until they fall in love.
Any good directions please?

Edward and Bella are forced to marry by their families. Edward is in a relationship with Tanya. Bella, who only marries him because of her family says she doesn't mind as long as he is discreet. But Tanya becomes not so discreet as B/E become friends. It was a pretty good story. You really hate Bella's family. Edward's family is just trying to stop him from marrying/wasting all his money on Gold-Digger Tanya. Jane is a great character. But I don't want to give too much away.

I needed a laugh today and this did the trick:

I don't think I know of a single person who is afraid of jugglers (unless their uses knives of course).

Maybe he juggles chainsaws?

So, for those of you looking for something similar to Shields of Power/Crimson Horizons, I found one that was rec'd on Facebook - Bella is not what she thinks she is but it has been hidden from her by everyone. So, the first story ends a bit abruptly. You can call it an ending. But I'm guessing readers complained. So she wrote a sequel.

Very interesting! I remember I downloaded "Broken Doll" back in 2010 or so... but never found it particularly engaging. But I just ended reading for the first time "Shields of Power" and boy! was it amazing. Now I'm very grateful to you for mentioning the sequel: I plan to read thoroughly the two RowanMoon's stories one after the other.
