Are you looking for a specific fic?  In the upper right hand corner is a search box with a drop down menu. Type in your search criteria and you will probably find the story has already been uploaded.  If you search and can't find what you're looking for, feel free to ask.  Remember that the Index to Uploaded Twilight stories always runs at least a month behind this thread.  So you need to search the current month as well as the Index when you're looking for a story, especially one that has recently been pulled.

Remember - Search before you request and Search before you upload!

Let me make some other suggestions that might make your life easier.  If you click the notify button (at the top or bottom of the page), you'll get an e-mail when something new is posted on the thread.  You can do this for any thread you're interested in following.  Also, if you bookmark the thread, when you access it through your bookmarks, it will have a little red "new" which, if you click on it, will take you to the last place you were on the thread.  This also works if you access the thread through the home page (fanfict alley, then the thread).  You do have to be signed in to get the benefits of the "new" button.  If you go the "notify" route, you'll be accessing from your e-mail and it will take you to the post that you received the notification on.

I have this story nagging at me but here's what I remember

Bella/edward are together
they're human
edward leaves and bella runs away because she's pregnant
I think she sells her truck
charlie is searching for her
the Cullens get in contact with Angela and she tells them what's wrong with bella (she's pregnant)
jasper is in some mental facility
Angela finds bella in the bathroom of this shady motel or apartment in a ton of blood
esme goes back to said shady apartment and finds well... practically nothing...
uhm... it's not the story that girl

No, it's not Sins of My Past but I can see why you thought that. Thank you for trying. I don't remember there being a child in the story.  Both of the stories I have asked about are old ones, at least 4 years, but could be more. Long before I knew how to save fics.

Okay, so I have no idea if I'm doing this right but I have to give it a shot! I've been looking for this specific fanfic for so long that I think I might implode if I don't find it! I don't remember a lot of the specifics (unfortunately), but the basic plot line is that Edward leaves Bella who is pregnant with twins, Maddie and Masen. Basically, the entire story is of him trying to learn to be a good father and exercising his visitation with his family. All ends well and they live happily ever after in their own apartment close to campus so that it's easier for him to go to medical school. I realize it's not much to go on but I'm hoping someone may know something! Thanks!

I was the one who asked about the story, just to find out if someone else had adopted it after the author decided not to go on, but it seems like no one did (a pity if you ask me)

This does sound like the story, but they weren't in high school. I think Edward was like a Ceo or something because he asked her to come to his office. He had got her a makeover and they were going to events with each other. It must've disappeared, but thank you anyway!

Hi. This is my first time posting here and I'm hoping that someone will remember the name of this fic. B and E are both working for different political offices, Bella for Carlisle and Edward for Aro. At some point Edward happens across a document on Bella's computer and gives it to Aro, who uses it against Carlisle and Bella has to resign in shame. Edward is a Masen, and his family are total snobs who hate Bella. Anyway, they have the schmexy times before he leaves for college, and she ends up pregnant. She doesn't know how to get in contact with him so she goes to his parents. They refuse to help her and call her a gold digger. She ends up going away without being able to contact Edward to tell him about his kids, and is poverty ridden trying to support her kids. She goes back to Forks to visit her dad and ends up running into Jasper, who calls Carlisle. They knew nothing about her children. Bella ends up moving to Portland after she finds out she's pregnant. She starts working in a diner and never goes to college.

Hi guys!

I have two stories stuck in my head(again), and I just can't remember their names! So if anybody recognizes the names, please do tell me!

1. The Cullens are vampires as usual, but the relation between Edward and Bella is a little different.
Thousands of years ago, Aro had captured Bella in Volterra for her scent, hoping to make her fall in love with him, but then Edward and Carlisle visited him, Edward saw Bella and they both fell in love with each other.
Secretly, they met, and one day, right after they'd had sex, Aro caught them, and gives Edward two options to choose from: either Bella dies and is buried at Volterra forever, or she'll be reborn whenever Aro wants it in the future, but Edward won't know where or when, but he'll be drawn to her scent because her scent will be 10 (or 100) times stronger, and also that it will be harder and harder each time for Edward to resist her blood and also his lust towards her. And he's going to kill her each time they have sex, and the body is again going to be held captive and Edward is given the same two choices. But this time, when Aro is performing his ritual on a dead Bella to make her capable of being reborn at his command, something happens, and following this difference, Aro is defeated.
It's a really angsty fic so..

2. Edward woRks at a coffee shop/book store. He's not on good terms with his father, and hasn't told him that he's dropped out of his semester. Bella is studying and has her priorities straight, a fact that makes Edward sad, because he feels like he's going nowhere in life, and doesn't know what his aim is.
Charlie comes to visit for Bella's birthday, goes to the bookshop that Edward works at to buy her a book, but leaves it on the counter mistakenly. Edward goes after him, along with his own present. which is a book containing love poetry, only to find out that Bella is having a small birthday gathering that she didn't invite Edward to, and Edward thinks that it's because Bella is ashamed of him. They have a fight.
Then in the end Edward ends up talking to his father, and also enrolling for accounts classes, because he's finally figured that accountancy is for him.

Please tell me the author/story, it'll be a BIG help!

P.S. I'm SO glad that this website and the wonderful people on it exist, to help baffled people like me, and I've downloaded a lot of missing stories from here, and I don't know what I'd have done if this didn't exist, so a big THANK YOU to everyone behind this.
