Does anyone have Use Somebody and A Voice In The Darkness by nickeyd26? Both are completed ff and I wanted to reread Use Somebody, but it looks like she pulled it off TWCS

not sure if I have a completed one I haven't had the chance to look at it  yet. I hope someone has A Voice in The Darkness, I don't have that one.

There are two kinds of fic writers that explore Badwards, Mafiawards, and Darkwards. There are those that try to make it wussperv friendly and give hookerella a heart of gold and make Mafiaward a purehearted sweetie despite his crimelord position. Awwwww.

I want to read what makes these people really tick. I want a mature and adult treatment of the harsher realities of this hidden underbelly; something you can't really Google to understand. Give me Sopranos and Breaking Bad over sappy Daytime Soaps.

The Best 'Worst of All Time' BadAss CrimeLords has got to this Edward. How bad? It got kicked off FanFiction as chapter fifteen (I think) posted. If you have read this, you know the crazy stuff hasn’t even got started yet. What got everyone so upset was Edward bought a sexslave, and that Bella was kidnapped under-age because he 'ordered' a virgin.
Now before you freak out, I want everyone to think about the reality of this crime. We know sex slaves exist, and how they don't automatically ‘get’ the job when they turn eighteen. They younger; the better. For the sake of realism, Savage made these crimelords what they are: a total lack of regard to human life. This is what good writers must do to be truly good writers: write about the bad stuff that happens to people like Edward and young Bella; even if it’s upsetting.
What you must do is read this Edward’s journey into darkness and find out what made him… him and why he needs her. It’s unforgettable and it truly deserves to be read.

THanks Susanpr! I am a 'huge' fan of Hide and Drink, and especially that naughty obsessive DarkWard.

In fact, I love all of Savage's badboys. From her OCD SoccerGod in 'Offside' to her Knight Errant in Unexpected Circumstances, to Determined Ehd seeking entrance to Bella's *cough* lower Cave. Savage really knows what goes on inside the male head (errr you know what I mean) because she really puts her characters through hell and back, twice over.

I forgot to mention Fold You Wings by Jadalulu, which recently updated: thank you, Cheezies.
 
Roughward is one hot and worked up mess, but he's certainly met his match in Bella.  This fic is so-sooo bad, it didn't get kicked of FanFic, it got police escorted out of the mainframe.

Tsk, tsk, Bella, but lucky for us, the story has a new and improved home with NSFW fan pics from her many, many loyal fans;  all of who can see that this is not just PWP. It's a story not just about how bad Edward is, but what that means when two people participate in something so taboo: how to resolve the past when one refuses to acknowledge blame? Great and really smart writing exploring the volatile edges of victimhood versus her refusal to be innocent, taking ownership, self actualizing, self-permission and the complexities of their shared enabling experience and shame.
