Amongst the Ruins - which was never released as fanfiction. This is a complete original.

Since you are all such avid fanfic'ers, whom I adore. Email me at saewod @ live .com and I can send you whatever version works best for you. Let me know which title and/or what file extension you need. I can't keep this up forever...my publishers would KILL me. LOL SO, keep it hush hush, and let's say I'll leave it available for free by email for June 23rd through June 24th.

Again, I searched Hunterhunting and came up with it easily. The search function is a great tool.

I swear you have mad search skilz. I tried Hunter Hunting, Clipped Wings, & CW&IA with no success other than the original story.

Well, as my title suggests - I am an EXPERT. I'll take mad search skillz as my super power, since I'm not any good at coming up with titles when people are searching for stories and can only remember bits of the plot.

Sometimes a little imbibing can improve creative thinking - if you can remember your creative thinking when you're sober again, that is.

I'm throwing out this question because I don't know the answer. There are new people coming to the site everyday requesting/uploading stories that have already been posted. If the originator of the thread (Simply-me) modified her post to include a few tips in an eye-catching color, would they show up in her fic list post at the top of every single page? I'm not sure if she would, I'm just thinking out loud.

If so, tips could include: search the board and the opt-out list before you upload or request fics, try searching by author and title, search ffnet before requesting a fic, click quote to reply to someone's post, click the "thank you" button, and change the subject heading as needed to reflect the content of your post (e.g. UL: Some story by Some author). I don't know if this would help or if newbies would notice it, but it couldn't hurt (I don't think

Go away for a few days to have a baby (lol) and come back to another 10 or so pages - love it as it means more downloading of FF I'll probably forget I have or not read for ages.

I think they can you can pm one of them and ask but that may not even help as sometimes we all get lazyitis. Plus I think they have a forum for the Newbs to learn all about the site.

I think it would be great if simplyme would modify her original post to add a few helpful hints. If she modifies the original post, it would show up at the top of each page. While I think plenty of newbies either wouldn't read it or wouldn't understand what they were reading, some would. And every little bit helps.
