I'm in the mood for an amnesia story so I really hope someone finds Broken soon:)  I requested it on ADF, but that could take a while.

Saw your request.  We've been trying to find it on ADF for the last two years and so far nobody there has been able to locate it either.   Maybe somebody here will see this and take pity!    ;)

I agree. Drabbles are fun for a quick read when they're complete, not while it's in progress. It's a shame that the popular authors seem to be the only ones getting the reviews. I understand why some people bail on their fics they are writing. This is a passionate fandom and it's tough to break through.

I agree with you. I don't read drabbles until complete. They are like teasers to me. I also think some things are lost in a story. I fear a drabble will never be in my top favs of all time. If they are longer like Transcendence or The Biology Project, then I am fine. However some have been a sentence or two, and those will never grab my attention. *shrugs* maybe it is just me. There is just enough there to grab me.

That's sad! I'd hate for it to be one of the lost fic's. It sounds so good (and slightly familar).

I Have a txt version of it, which I am uploading now.  I usually don't share, because many times my copies don't have chapter breaks, but if it is that hard to find...

Has anyone tried to maybe leave some reviews on the stories that are up here You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

They seem to be the same people or at least friends she has her PM's turned off but maybe if we picked a story and reviewed it with questions asking about Eevy angel. Two years seems like a long time to look maybe this girl has it. *shrugs* just an idea!

I think her stories are when fiction meets reality. She has been hurt deeply by someone she trusted and in turn it's reflected in her stories. I like the realism of her stories though, especially since life isn't a HEA.

I agree. The stuff she writes seems to come from personal experience. HEA is different for everyone. This one fic I read where Edward dies because of cancer was so hard to read and broke my heart. When I got to the end I thought "This is an HEA because he wasn't suffering anymore" ...

So on a lark I decided to crack open The Darkness of Perfection by Michael Schneider to see how close it is to The Perfect Wife. It is a very different story. No incest in this one. I may just have to read this one all the way through.

Is this a novel? It sounds really good :)

I didn't read either one, but I heard it was so different, some people even suggested it's not the same story.

I'm not sure. From Scarlettravens' quick synopsis it seems the same but there is no physical. Just the mention. :)

Yep! Yep! It is. You need to check it out. It's the version she did for TWCS publishing. I've made it to chapter 8 and it's a complete rewrite of the story. Very, very different and it works so much better.

So far from what I read it's not the same story. I can see the premise of it being the same with the mob/human trafficking part of the story. But there is no incest in this one.

I've tried to read this a few times. I don't know if I wasn't in the right frame of mind or if RPattz is just a block for me. I don't read real people fiction. I want my fantasy to be just that without real people making a cameo. It destroys the illusion for me.  :P

I'm normally with you on real people fiction. To me he was just comic relief & none of it seemed OOC compared to how he acts in interviews. So I kind of ignored the fact he was "real"  ;D

Yeah, I finally took her off author alert.  I can't take her non-HEAs anymore.

Are there ANY of her stories that actually end with an E&B HEA?   I thought there was one, but now I can't remember the name!  Anyone know?  Thanks! :o
