I believe this story is Letter from the Heartland by BoysNBooksRBetter aka FilineisFun. It's in the wonderful INDEX - at the top of this page where it says "Look here first." You will be able to find it. It was completed by the author and has since been pulled from ff.net.

Hello lovelies! Hope everyone is doing fantastic!
I’m looking for a story that I believe may have been pulled from fanfiction because I can’t seem to find it amongst my saved fics. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve read it, so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but I’ll give it my best at remembering details.
I want to say it was not completed. Edward is a famous actor living in Hollywood of course, and Bella is a fan living in Texas. She sends him some fan mail (not expecting a response at all) on her notably yellow stationery, but Edward does end up reading it and begins writing her. They exchange numbers. I know he visited her in Texas and she also went to his Hollywood home.
Details I could be mixing up with another fic: they go to Arizona to visit her mom and had a date night going parking in her truck bed to look at the stars in the desert? I want to say that was in one of the last chapters posted.

You can create a PDF/EPUB via FicHub (You are not allowed to view links.
Register or Login) or any other similar site. Just copy a FFN story link there and click "Export". You will get your file in different formats. It takes literally a couple of minutes.
