We have parks but it's crowded. People will probably look crazy at you when you go there carrying your kite. There are places here though that's good for flying kites. Hey, you're still young. Not too late to try it.
why would they look at you crazy? that's what parks are for. and i don't have time these days, to go and learn how to fly a kite
