So can I read Deliver and not bother with Vanquish or do I really need to read both?He only had stubble like he hadn't shaved for about a week but yum. I love him with a beard but I do love a guy with a beard, within reason as I can't do the ZZ Top look. I've already warned the hubby about this as he's growing a beard and I'm loving it.
You don't have to read both you can just read Deliver and be done....That's the compromise I've instigated between me and my non-flounce gene. If the sequel is not a continuation of the same main protagonists and their story then I don't have to continue to read...had I come to this compromise before I wouldn't have had to suffer through all those f-ing Rock Chicks! Love a great beard...But this:As opposed to:
Shanna may be annoying and spoiled at first, but Ruark is hot. I love Ruark.
Just started Virgins & Villains last night
I had Michael Jackson and George Michael on my walls...I have no idea why....
OK, I have to ask. Am I the only one that just doesn't get the whole...'let's post a picture of what I think the character in the book looks like' on Goodreads? I mean, just now I went to read a review of a book I'm interested in and the picture of the hero someone posted had man-boobs!!! The model might have been trying to pass them off as pecs but trust me, they were MAN-BOOBS I don't mind when a reviewer posts a gif to express emotion ( most of those are amusing) but I'm just not feeling the rest....
Hmmm... I have this on my TBR... Looks like it may need to be bumped up! Just started Virgins & Villains last night
V&V is an awesome story. I wish the author would finish the sequel.
...issss you!
I've heard a LOT of good things about Shanna. I'll have to give it a try. If Ruark is awesome enough I can get past Shanna being an idiot! ;-)I can't wait to hear what you think of V&V! I have had it on my TBR list forever. I think its one of the most liked fics out there.I had Guns N Roses and Bon Jovi I think! I always wonder how close we are all in age... I was in high school in the late 80s.Did you ever see the gif description someone put together about The Bronze Horseman? It cracked me up because it was so right on.ETA: found it:You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
I'm with you. I have a picture in my head of the characters and they rarely match to other readers pictures. So it is annoying to see other's pics. Especially if I find them ugly. And I realize everyone's taste is different.
...issss you! 'With morning wood attachment'?!!! Oh. My. God!
I haven't read this yet but isn't there also a EPOV that's completed? Love Rescue me...or something?
I FLOVE the morning wood attachment, I want I want. Just re-read the description and I love the fact that all you've gotta do to clean "him" is hose "him" off and even cats love it, well that means Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents..
Yes Love Rescue Me is V&V from Edward's POV, and Lullabies & Eternal Love is the sequel.
Is it worth reading both POVs or is it just repetition of the same stuff?
I can't find Paradise or Whitney My Love to purchase for Kindle... Am I totally missing them on Amazon?
Yeah, they are old. Not sure they are available. At least not yet.
Lets not forget that when this woman stopped writing women were wearing boleros....
