Am I the only one that can't stand Bella having an internal dialogue with her "cooch"? I'm reading a story that would be so much better without this stupid "conversation". Why do authors think this is entertaining?
MoTU started it. I didn't mind it so much here. Then it was in Sexy Silk and was somewhat funny. At least the first time. Now it gets annoying as a plot device. And calling it cooch? Yeah, yuk. Were you reading Christmas in Hawaii? I found cooch's love /need for Rod got really annoying. Other than that it was an okay story. Felt a little rushed.
We're back!!!What the hell happened? Anyone?
No idea, but for a minute there I was pretty sure I would have to talk to my family if PTS was still down today, the horror. P.S. Matron sorted your sigs out for you hun, loving them btw.
Thank god it wasn't just me. I was starting to go into withdrawal. It wasn't pretty. I thought at first that the laptop was just being contrary. Its been what - a day and a half?
I thought I was the only one!! Have no idea what happened but I'm glad we're back.I think I tried to sign on like a thousand times yesterday.
I was getting rather worried...Loop at least you used your time wisely, did you get your presents wrapped? I used mine to finish my online shopping so the wrapping starts tomorrow when they arrive...Someone kill me now
Thanks Loopy!
Apparently, dariachenowith is publishing The Elusive Mr. Cullen. But, she's not pulling the fanfic. This is the attitude authors can have when they put some thought into publishing their fanfic rather than just changing the names:I'm happy to tell you all that I've written a book! (well, actually more than one, but this one I think will interest you the most).I rewrote (so I didn't just use this fic, but just the central plot idea) TEMC, and I'm happy to present to you: Hunter & Prey by Kira Barker!Synopsis:Penelope Thompson loves her life. She has everything she wants. With her beauty, charm, and intelligence, she is at the top of her game and is one of the most sought after escorts at her company. She chooses her clients carefully and provides them with much more than just a great time between the sheets. Yet now at the age of 33, she is questioning just how much longer she has in the business. Life might be great, but sometimes it gets lonely to only ever be what others want to see in her, without true intimacy.Darren Hunter has made a killing by being one of the best lawyers in Chicago. Renowned for winning any case, he has built up quite the reputation. He has a new beautiful woman attached to his arm every few months and is what every guy desires to be: wealthy, intelligent, successful, and has the looks that kill.It is now time for Darren to choose his new "flavor of the season" and it seems as if Penelope has caught his eye. As things heat up between them, Penelope starts to feel as if life is turning into a fairy tale-if not for the fact that one by one, evidence is mounting up that the elusive Mr. Hunter has his own skeletons in the closet. Will his past come to catch up with her? And why do all the women in his life suddenly disappear
*snort* The words 'skeletons in the closet' has never been so perfectly literal. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]I'd like to know where in TEMC H&P ends and Bait beginnings, or is Bait completely OF? I think I might buy this as TEMC is in my top 5 Thinking Outside The Box fics.
MY GR "read" list is falling fast, due to all the fanfic authors getting their fic listings removed from GR.Thank goodness I backed up my reviews to Booklikes!
OBL - how is Beneath the Burn? What? What? What? Where have I been? They're removing them?
