Just flounced a fic. Couldn't stand this Bella anymore.
Anyone reading it?

Lose The One You Love by Discordia81

Summary: San Francisco lawyer, Bella Swan, struggles to cope with the loss of
her long-term boyfriend, Riley. Lonely and grief-stricken, she loses herself
in a string of one-night stands, convinced she'll never find love again.
Museum curator, Edward Cullen, may be the man to change Bella's mind. Could he
be her second chance for love?

I started to read when it started, but this Bella REALLY annoys me.  I've been skimming as the new chapters come out, but if she doesn't get a brain or a backbone soon, I think I'll get distracted by something else.

She doesn't want to be happy. And Edward is a doormat. He deserves to be treated with respect.

I also have low tolerance when you are the reason you are unhappy.
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

 I unfollowed It today.

If we're going to rec non-Twilight fanfiction books I have to tell you about an author that I've recently discovered and love, love, love.  Hot guys, smart girls (mostly), humor and most importantly, sex.  I've read about 10 books by her and loved every one.  It's Kristen Ashley.  She wrote the Rock Chicks series, among others.  Check her out on Amazon.

Love Kristen Ashley too!  She self-published, but I heard she just got picked up by a publishing house.  Good for her!  I popped my KA cherry on The Golden Dynasty.
I would rather cuddle then have sex.  If you're good with grammar, you'll get it.

It has never happened to me.  A little distasteful if you ask me. We always pimp the good ones. Why asked to be pimped?

Ok, I thought it was weird but she pm'd me on fanfiction. I don't know if she lurks here or what *scratches head* I don't even know this author and she writes Emmett fics. I haven't read any fics of just him and I probably won't.

I love Gideon. He's such a beautiful mess.

Ed Sheeran is a pommy singer. I kinda like him. We seem to get more UK singers than you get in the States, and of course a lot of Aussies who are big here and in the UK but never make it in the US.

Ed Sheeran had a film clip for Lego House that had Ron Weasley in it!

It's 9:20 PM local time. The end of the world was supposed to happen 10 minutes ago.

Either my clocks are early or I survived!!!

If you're reading this, congratulations.  :djparty:

Maybe my morals aren't so bad after all!

I survived the end of the world - now if I can just get through Christmas...

Happy Winter Solstice (shortest day/longest night).  This was an important day in ancient times, and Xmas was placed in this week to pacify the pagans when they converted to Christianity.    This is an important day at Stonehenge, Wiltshire, England.  This day (today - 21.12.12) is also the end of the Mayan Calendar and the end of the earth's 26,000 cycle.  This is why some thought the world would end today. Congratulations, you survived.  x

I think they just ran out of room on their calender, there is a reason we only buy 12 months at a time.  :D

Definitely to pacify the pagans, if you read the bible carefully (which I only did in high school to argue with Father Walter and now to study the language and language change. Did you know I can now say the Lord's Prayer in Old English, Middle English, Early Modern English and Modern English? I'm getting into heaven for sure) Luke actually tells us through some subtle (and not so) clues that Jesus was born in late September sometime. Six months after the birth of John in March. And there ends my knowledge of Luke's chapter in the Bible.

It's the summer solstice for us. And Mother Nature is making sure I know it this week. It's going to be 40C (104F) here over the weekend and it's not even anywhere near the hottest part of the year yet. This summer is set to be a real scorcher.

Sorry, should have said Winter Solstice for Northern Hemisphere.  Can you send a bit of sun over here?  The weather is miserable at the moment.
