Haha! So glad I don't have to worry about that, although when I am supposed to be essay writing it's not a good thing...Although it does go to a different email account than my personal and Uni ones. I only get an alert for the first new unread post, otherwise my inbox would explode. As it is, when I am on here I still get alerts and it does explode, cause I refresh the page myself...

The alerts were going to my phone (I'd lose my job if any of this went to my work account!!!) but I don't let my teachers have their phones on when they're teaching so I should lead by example.

Besides, opening up this site in front of a class of 25 4 to 12yo kids? Not a good idea.

Watching your school principal lick her phone might scar them for life!

OMG. They were doing Boot Camp on the beach yesterday afternoon!!!

BOOT CAMP!!!

In all the years my parents have lived here, there has never been Boot Camp on the beach!

I think it is an omen that 2013 will be a gooooood year!

I just happened to be on the front deck helping take down the Christmas lights - because I'm a good daughter and the lights were all tangled and it took a full hour to untangle them.

But my mum would not let me take photos.

She said that would be creepy.

Oh, if only she knew what I really get up to!!!

Then I had to hose my drool off the deck...

Counting down to 5pm...

Ah the same with me. I have back problems, always have. One doc asked if I have thought about a breast reduction. Another one found out I had Scoliosis with a double s and a twist (at 35) when I had X-rays, upper and lower MRI. Tried all sorts of relief of the pain. 12 weeks of physical therapy where I learned I am hypermobile. Meaning super limber. That wasn't a surprise since I was a gymnast when I was much younger, but they claim well into my 40's most cannot do what I still can. Finally without the advice of my spine specialist, I sought a chiropractor. Best thing in the world. Most days I am pain free. I use to always have muscle spasms that freaking hurt like a MF. It is like leg cramps you cannot get out. Once it was around my rib cage and when it spammed, I couldn't breathe. One of the scariest things I have ever had. Anyway, been with the Chiro for several years now and I have not had another spasm (knock on wood). But still, I am sure my DD's help no-one. Thank f u c k hubs is a boobman.
