No, I don't necessarily mean that. I like it when Bella is close to canon, but I can deal with changes like she is more outgoing, weighs a lot more than Kristen Stewart, or has tattoos. As far as looks go? Bella doesn't think she is pretty. And it is questionable whether she is that good looking based on Edward, because the mating instinct changes his impression of her. But, the other HS guys think she is good looking. So I think of her as the Mary Anne - that girl next door that is nice looking but not model looking Ginger. Or Stephanie Meyer - you notice she has brown hair and brown eyes. And? For some reason? The eye color is kind of a thing for me. Both hers and Edward's. But Edward can have green or topaz and I'm okay. Alright, red and black work if her is vampire. LOL! The rest? I'm okay with changes that fit the new story. Though I still haven't been able to read Tailward. And? I find I don't read a lot of stories because they aren't quite what I'm looking for, like my Edward would never cheat on his Bella - and Bella wouldn't cheat on Edward. And I don't mind a bit of a bad boy, but not an evil Edward or Bella. I think if you change the characters too much? It is no longer fanfiction other than the names. But this is my opinion and really? It only matters to me in choosing what to read. I try very hard not to write reviews complaining about things like this.....
Why does Microsoft make drastic changes without warning? I got up this morning and they changed everything on my email....and I hate it. I have a lot of old emails, for many reasons, and now it will take forever to do cleanups. On my iPad it will be almost impossible. My kids have been telling me to switch for a long time, I think Microsoft decided to push me over the edge. Sorry for the rant, but the relaxing Saturday I was expecting was ruined.
I spent about an hour and a half on the phone with my dad yesterday trying to help him get back into his windows 10 computer. The only good thing is that he could go online to change his password and it updated the change to the computer. But it was being a pain in updating. I prefer not to have stuff controlled by someone else. I have to deal with it at work and it really messes stuff up if you can't get online. I've been locked out when on the road and it is not fun. Sorry your relaxing Saturday disappeared.
Thanks. Did he buy a new computer or did Windows 10 install itself, as it did for me? After nearly losing my mind trying to adjust to it - printer problems, lost user names and just generally disliking the format - I googled how to go back to Windows 7 and found out it wasn't that hard. I'm still having issues with my printer, but think I'm going to delete everything HP and reinstall the printer.
So, after my recent reread of Storm Series by SexylexiCullen I have some thoughts.. wondering if anyone thought the same. I kinda just wanna talk about it.. I feel like I'm more obsessed with this series now, then when I first read it a long time ago. Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.Ps: You know a fanfiction is good when you want a fanfiction of a fanfiction! HA!
I haven't read the Storm series, because I don't do Mobward, but I totally know what you mean. There are a few that I really want to know what's next. Mostly drotuno's stuff. I really love her serieses. (Is that a word?) LOL!I also want Emmamama to finish the sequel on Virgins and Villains. Unfortunately, I think they run out of ideas of what to write to keep the story going. I mean, how much bad things can you have happen to a family/couple anyway? Though I gusset for the Gravity series, it doesn't happen to them as much as to their clients.
I haven't read either of those series (heard of them though)... what are they about? I totally get what your saying, about authors running out of ideas. I am just the type of person that never wants a story to end haha!
I haven't read Storm series yet, maybe someday Drotuno's Gravity series is awesome! It's a mercward. Love her writing which combines action, comedy, family ties and she writes good lemons. V&V is an actorward. In my top 10, together with the Gravity series (which i only counted as 1 instead of 4 books )
I love the Storm series. I usually read carano's Grand trilogy and then segue into Storm because of the overlapping characters. Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
I'll have to try reading that Gravity series. How long is it? I do love a good long story. I've read carano's Grand trilogy as well, it had been a long time though. So, I might re-read that next.
The Gravity series is 4 stories that are all long - about 300K words each. Bella's group are PI's, Edward's group are mercenaries. She gets kidnapped in the first. Carlisle and Charlie are friends so he gets Edwards crew involved in the rescue. It is really good. The rest, they are all couples and work together on cases. So really? She could easily add to it.
Just finished and loved cannabean bethrothal. Any Recs for a similar type e/b. (already read in your world)
