Just finished and loved cannabean bethrothal. Any Recs for a similar type e/b. (already read in your world)
Thank you both! downloading we are worthy, mail order bride and collide.Doesn't necessarily need to be religious-- but I find that they seem to be more in character or like they were in main books, and while I have enjoyed quite a few of the OOC ones (I did like This Life but they were def OOC there), I want to balance with more canon personalities as well, and I have had prbs finding those. For example, I loved them in Beyond Time by TKgel and Distractions by windchymes
Is it a Britishism to spell the present tense of choose as "chose"? I see this in Kristen Ashley books all the time. I have been reading some Pride & Prejudice published fanfiction and am seeing the same thing. I keep thinking of it as a misspelling since it's clear they are using the present tense, but in the US the present tense is "choose" and the past tense is "chose." Can anyone enlighten me?
While answering someone's plea for recs of paranormal books with strong women, I got all excited about non-fanfic again. Wow, there are some really great stories out there.
Any you want to list here
Skipping back to the Windows 10 discussion, although I am not technologically astute in any shape form or fashion, my husband is making me upgrade to Windows 10 on both my desktop and laptop. My laptop has been out of commission all f*(&&*g day due to this so-called upgrade. My husband says the secret to short-circuiting some of the conversion issue to to install it twice. I guess because it's such a large file, the first installation skips things, then the second installation fills in the gaps (this is my layperson's understanding of what he said). So, you might try that before you give up on it. It's been on my desktop for a couple of weeks, but I haven't used it much since my youngest child is always on my computer. I've been using it today and have gotten a little frustrated with navigating around it. I now don't know how to do some fairly simple things that I knew how to do on the last version that was on my computer. My children, who I patiently taught to walk and talk, have no patience when working with me on my computer issues!
I put it on one computer that is basically a fancy tablet. I will not put it on any of my others. It is a pain to use, and I like mobile devices. It is really made for touchscreen computers and tablets. It is not very useful for those of us who just want to use desktop apps and have multiple things open at once. It prefers you use the Metro apps rather than desktop apps. And? Maybe I'm too old for this stuff. LOL! Wndows 7 was a perfect computer to me. And? You do not need to upgrade to 10. There is no reason for it as MS is supporting 7 until 2019 at least, and it is likely any Windows 7 computer you have will be dead by then. But this is my opinion......
Hey guys and gals!!! Im really sorry if Im posting this in the wrong place or am not following the rules I was just wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for a good possessive Edward? Maybe in the mafia? Or has the vampire mating topic? Thank you so much!!!

But I was wondering if you had any recommendations.
I've just started using the text to speech function on my eReader, and I'm a bit torn about it. It's awfully convenient to listen to while working in the kitchen or playing games, but the mechanized speech is pretty weird. I finished up Carano's This Life while making dinner, and I kept glancing at the text because there are some Irish phrases and things. That was okay though. It was more amusing hearing Ms. Robot swearing without the passion you'd expect. Then I opened up Planet Twilight by melanieintn, which I had sort of abandoned as a reread. That was even more strange as it pointed out the choppiness of the writing. And let's just say the lemons that I would have skipped had I been reading were now just downright hilarious to listen to. Overall I'm left with a greater understanding of the audio book market even if I haven't listened to one yet. But for my fanfiction I think it still has it's uses, and I'll likely use it again even though listening to the writing points out mistakes more readily than reading it.
It keeps telling me that my free offer to switch to Windows 10 is about to expire, and I should hurry up and switch now! I have no plans of switching, I just can't believe how insistent they are being. I know I can totally decline the offer, but it takes less energy to just close the pop up each time it comes up.I have been reading a bunch of pride and prejudice fan fiction recently, so I don't think I have any good published works to recommend, but I will think on it.
Is this fanfics you have to buy? My niece reads P&P fanfics, but she buys a lot of them. (the copyright is gone, so they can charge for the fanfics) I'd probably read them if they were free....
Hi all, I'm back after not being online for the first time in a fortnight. I was rushed to hospital last Monday after being ill for over week, I'd passed out as I was in so much pain and it turned out that my appendix had ruptured so I ended up having emergency surgery.I was hoping to come home after 2 days of being in there, but had a reaction to the pain meds and antibiotics so ended up staying in until Tuesday. I'm still in quite a bit of pain and stuck on antibiotics for another 6 weeks, but otherwise I'm all good. I hope y'all well.
