Hi ladies! Has anyone read Beyond the Break Room by DiscordiaWrites? I've been wanting to give it a go, but the word count is putting me off slightly.

Hey stranger! I read BtBR as a wip, and I enjoyed it enough to ffdownload it to my Callibre. This does feature an older E though. He's like 17 years older than Bella and he has a 16 (or 17) year old daughter. I think Bella's like 22 or 23. So on top of the troubles that come with E being the VP at the place she works at, there's also the drama from his daughter and ex-wife.

Is anyone else following Stolen by Rochelle Allison? I just re-read Air and Starry Eyed Inside over the weekend, because those are my faves from RA. I know Volition gets mentioned as her best fic, there's just something about both Air and SEI that do it for me.

He stole her heart, and then he stole her father's fortune. Love and forgiveness are nice concepts, but highly improbable. Right? Drama, romance, action, and a heavy sprinkling of the good stuff.

I just finished up Rochelle Allison's Volition. I think it was listed as someone's top 10, so thanks for the rec. I enjoyed this historical fic--especially imagining Edward with an Irish brogue.

While I thought it was good and would definitely recommend, I wish it wasn't all BPOV. The EPOV outtakes were fantastic and added that extra dimension that I think the story needed to make it great. Even so, the plot was rich and the characters were interesting.

I found out at my 6 week check up and went for my first scan yesterday it turns out I fell pregnant about a week after losing Topanga-Sway so it's very bitter-sweet.
I'm due 13th February.

*I don't know about this one....I honestly didn't like it. It's all about the hierarchy in the vampire world and it's just...too much I guess. And, though I'm more of a J fan vs E (obv) the author made this Edward such a weak and spineless (his rank in the vampire world was as low as you could get) turd that it was just a turn off for the entire fic.

I just left a harsh review on Good Reads. While I don't do that for fanfic, I think "published" fic, as in charging people money for something, should be held to a higher standard, even it it's self-published.

I love everything from Rochelle Alison, I've read all of her stories (multiple times) I'm just waiting for Stolen to complete so I can finish it.

But it's actually three stories, all which I love and the plots are really good.

The first one Brighter : Edward and Bella meet in St. Croix ( Dreamy Edward

)

The second one Appease : Bella is Edward's brother and sister's nanny.

The third one Venture : Edward and Bella meet in a bus on their way to Washington.

I have to say Rochelle Alison makes the best Edwards.
