I was actually surprised. Dakota was actually very good. The movie was better than expected, hubs expected more s.e.x. Jaime......was soooo wrong for this and actually detracted from the movie. *hides with booked*
I thought she did a good job too and agree that Jaime just wasn't the right actor to play Christian. i mean the schmex was still extremely hot but he just seemed awkward in the role. He's nice looking, but just didn't have the right feel for Christian. Did you guys see that the movie is rated down in the 3's on IMDB? That is REALLY bad. I'm really hoping they'll make the rest into films too! ;-) Also, I can't believe it was only an R rating! That was the most sex I've ever seen in a movie by far.
I know I've posted about this story before, but it was just linked on FB and I don't remember if any of the angst lovers have read it. I've only skimmed it out of curiosity and it still makes my chest ache just thinking about it. I prefer AH stories, and I honestly have no interest Rosalie's story so I can't really tell you if it's good or not. I do know that Edward and Rosalie are giant assholes in this, and the whole chest achy feeling comes from the thought of your spouse having lied to you for your entire relationship because he's really been in love with his "sister" and sleeping with her for the past century. SO FLOWERY. Love sick book Edward on steroids who can't live without Rosalie. IDK it's AU to the extreme and all knowledge of Twilight should be forgotten, because the entire plot contradicts everything that happened in Twilight since Edward and Rosalie apparently couldn't come clean about their relationship early on because she was supposed to be his "sister" you know even though she was changed with Edward in mind, in the books These secret relationship stories just don't make any sense to me because the entire plot baffles me. I wouldn't get married to some dude just for show when I don't have ANYTHING in the way of me being happy with someone I already love?? Like?? What kind of nonsense. Well, I didn't read the whole story, just a bit at the beginning and a bit at the end. There was a lot of discussion on FB on it, so I had to check it out. CaraNo does usually write well, so I would normally recommend it. Though she does do comedy better than angst.
Yeah, she has some great stuff. Tho she is too kinky for me sometimes. Her poly fics. No way. I'm a Bella and Edward girl.
I've never read any of her poly. I usually just stick to the B/E stories....
So lots of angst for no reason at all.
