This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general.  But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Hi every one! Not been around for a few days I'm in Tokyo. I had to quickly jump on though as I'm catching up with BBC news and apparently it was World Book day at schools in the UK yesterday where primary school kids went to school as their favourite book character and some boy of 11 went to school went to school as Christian Grey!!! His outfit was complete with eye-mask and cable ties [emoji15] I'd really like a word with his mother....
I saw that. What is wrong with people?

Well, I seem to have the same problem, LOL  :D Today I have day off work and I really wanted to do some cleaning in the garden but since it`s tooo NOT ALLOWED cold to do that I decided to be lazy today. And now I can`t decide whether to read or watch some movies - and let me tell you, my TBR list is never ending but at the same time I have tons of movies on my DVR and just about 8% of free space...so what to do??? :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
I think I`ll start with reading and maybe do some watching later  >:D
i feel you hun, it seems that every other week we have to decide what to delete or binge watch on our DVR just so we can carry on recording what we want, as we always seem to get it down to 1% free space.  :( :( :pulling :pulling

So, Robshandmonkey has started reposting A Dominant & A Gentlemen on TWCS. Sounds like it is going to finished finally.
I'm thinking 3% is a bit of a low percentage as a few of us on here have other halves that are 8"+.

I hope she does finish AD&AG this time.  :)

Is it a good fic? Not sure I've heard of it.

I haven't read it because I don't read WIPs but here is the summary. I was watching for it to complete before I started it.

"Growing up with a father in the military was hard on Bella. She made a promise to herself that she would never date or fall for a Marine like her father. That is until she runs into a pair of identical twins that have her reconsidering her rule. Anthony is shy, extremely polite, and a true gentlemen. Edward appears to be in control and exudes confidence, and has a very dark side. Will she take the risk or walk away?"

It had 26 chapters plus an outtake when she pulled it from TWCS.

I have been giving this author a lot of leeway in her writing when I found out she was from Sweden. And had not had sex when she wrote this story. At least I am assuming that since she said lemons are hard to write when you've never had them. 

Gelix - Married to the Enemy. It is a married in Vegas story. Not bad. Angst in the past. Edward bullied Bella in high school. Now, after a drunken night, she finds herself married to him. Edward is actually very sweet.

I still haven't watched the series. Just now, first time with this video. HIS VOICE!!!
I would read all 8 books over and over if he was narrating it

His voice, mannerisms, emotions, he IS JAMIE without any doubts. I bought the blu-ray yesterday. Rawrrrrrr. Since I read after watching the show, he is all I envision when reading.  *drools* :sign0081:

This fic is one of the fics that I've re-read the most, I don't why I've re-read it so many times as Edward and Bella are both annoy the hell out of me as they are so sappy and both seem to have no back bone but it's a fic I find I can read in just several hours and when I'm stuck on what to read next I need a fic like this.  ^-^

I'm reading Kiss me, Annabel from Eloisa James. And Ewan is just like Jamie, he even is a virgin!
No one will ever beat Jamie, but he seems to be based on Jamie.
The series would be a lot better if it weren't for sister number 3, Imogen. Bitchy, selfish, annoying, deserves to rot in hell, but is not even good enough to be a villain. Just a winey pain in the a.s.s.

But I started reading after someone mentioned Ewan seemed to be based on Jamie.

Is the story complete?
It's been complete for a while.  I had it on my TBR  for a long time as it was a popular story. But I thought it was a mobfic so it kept getting moved down until someone rec'd it as a Married in Vegas story. The story itself is decent. The SPaGs are bad but sometimes hilarious. I think she may have had a beta for the first few chapters as they weren't as bad.  ;D
