Just starting to read Penalty Shot by Edward's Eternal and the first thing I noticed is that this Edward has blue eyes. This has never really bothered me before, but after the discussion we had on here, I am not sure how I feel about it. Ella, I think that this is your fault . Weren't you the one that said he don't like stories where E has eyes other than gold or green? I ended up flouncing Bridges. It was just too slow for me. Lots of blah, blah, blah and not much of anything else, IMO.
Hi I have been searching everywhere to see if anyone has a copy of Raetahia's 'Water is Thicker Than Blood' (fic set in the future where all of the worlds water has pretty much disappeared and Edward and Bella are sent out to find a source) with no luck I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a copy? hope someone is able to help, thanks in advance
I ended up rereading Broken Angel. Wow, I had forgotten how much sex was in this! Too much by far! And personally, I don't like when canon Edward is such a dirty talker, it just feels wrong. Not the hot sex, I like that, just the flat out dirty talk, seems OOC for canon Edward. It's fine in, say, Pound of Flesh Edward, or Clipped Wings Edward, but not regular Twilight AU Edward. Does that make sense?Dunno if I'll finish, I'm up to Bella has just been turned, and I'm getting bored. I can't remember what's left, she's a vampire, Victoria is happy, Jake is happy and regretful, what's left? Keep in mind I have read this already, I just really, truly don't remember what's left.
I have to tell you, when i reread the Broken Angel series? I usually read books 2 and 3. I do think some more stuff happens in the end. They go to Dartmouth. And there are problems with Tanya. So there are more adventure. Also? I skim the lemons for any actual conversation and skip the rest..... Mostly, there isn't any real conversation. Just some stuff in between rounds.
So, JM Darhower (Kharizzmatik) just told me on Facebook that she would be removing Hide and seek. I'm assuming she will remove pinky swear also because she talked about the negative reviews bothering her, so I'd get your copies while you can. She didn't say how soon she would remove it but said she has been thinking about it for a while and if you want to know how it ends she would happily let us know.
Sassy - I'm not on JM Darhower's facebook page, can you find out for us how she would end the story and report back? Please put it in a spoiler or upload so those who don't want to know until they've read what's posted won't be upset. Thanks so much!
I haven't read any of it, but Hide and Seek is already gone from her profile, all that's left is Pinky Swear.
