silver lining playbook, i've been bullied into reading it
I read this story a few years ago and now I can't find it on fanfiction. it's a Bella/Edward story and they are high school sweethearts. For some reason, Edward had to move before finishing school and that destroyed the gang. I think Emmett is his cousin or something... it started on their 10 year school reunion and I remember that Bella used to listening the song unbreak my heart after they broke up. Bella also had a abusive ex-boyfriend. the chapter's titles are songs. Please can you help find?
Hey y'all, back from Sin City....and it did not disappoint. We had the best time. Lost all my money, ate too much and saw some of the best shows ever. One of the most memorable experiences was at the Bellagio...having dinner at Picasso, watching the water show surrounded by 12 original paintings by the man himself, Picasso. If you guys get the opportunity to visit Vegas, go!!!So, I've just stumbled onto Jordan Silver's books. I don't know what to say...that woman tells the raunchiest of stories. SLP, I saw the movie.Benedict Cumberbatch...a really good actor. I really love this ..My vagina and I cannot be responsible for our actions.Sorry, just a bunch of random crap...have a good week everyone.
Vegas is fun....or boring. Depending on who you go with.
Vegas is fun....or boring. Depending on who you go with. Silver Jordan *shakes head* she did a lot of pulled to publish stories that never got completed. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I heard FFnet pulled them for content. But she pulled her own stuff from TWCS too. Finished some. Made readers pay to read the ending on anything popular. And really? She's not a great writer. But that's my opinion. I wouldn't buy one. Random crap is good. We all need to spew it out at times.
Yeah I agree with you on Jordan Silver. IMO her writing was ok for fanfiction, but I am with you, I wouldn't pay for it. To be honest, it kinda pissed me off that she pulled half done stories, and then only finished them to publish them.....can we say Cullen's Crew AKA Lyon's Crew?
Yeah, I don't have much liking for authors that pull incomplete stories and make you buy them if you want to know the ending. I had read one of her shorter stories before she started doing that. It was okay. I think it was called Edward's Christmas Headache. I tried to read another. They all seemed to be older, dominant Edward, with slight BDSM tendencies, and I really don't get into that. I don't mind olderward, but I'm not really big on Bella acting like a child and Edward being her "Daddy" I realize there are readers who like this. And if it is well written? I can deal. But most of the time it comes across as a teenager writing about some hot older guy she has the hots for. Sometimes I think the nice reviews go to fanfic writers heads. They think because we say nice things about their stories, they can just change the names, publish it and everyone will love it. Must be a shock when the readers who never read the fanfics and pay for it review it. I admit I am very forgiving for fanfics if the story grabs me. Because I love Edward and Bella. But I would never pay for most of them, at least without major editing and rewriting.... Sorry - end rant...... LOL! I won't even go into my rant about how they think they can write stories in parts and make you pay more for their parts than you would for a real published book! My husband was just complaining about that. He reads SciFi. I guess it's not limited to romance novels....
You're right about who you go with...I had fun with the hubs, but next trip, I want an all girls w/e. I see us getting into so much trouble. That city will lead you astray.Again, I agree about JSil, she has not completed any of the three stories I looked at. I guess she thinks they are so good that we will rush out to buy her completed stories.I go back To work on Tuesday...I hate that!!! Why wasn't I born rich? Why didn't I win big in Vegas? I'm playing the lottery this week.So what have you guys been reading? I have discovered that I quite enjoy fics a lot more than quite a few published stories. I guess there is some level of comfort there when I read fics and I'm more forgiving of errors. Idk, maybe it's the the name Edward that lulls me. I do love me some Edward.Who's watching The Voice? I'm hooked. Embarrassed to say this but I'm hooked on Scandal too...cheater.
Start watching now! There are only two episodes left for this season. Liv's parents are such role models...don't you just love them.I do love me some Jake but I also like The Pres....so confused. The latter is her kryptonite..I know.Get caught up, there are some theories I want to run by you. So glad I found another Scan lover. So, we were discussing JSil, and Cullen's/Lyon's Crew came up. I browsed Lyon's crew....how carefully do they edit...lol“You've been staring at me with a blush on your face for the last five minutes Swan, you got a fever or something?”Excerpt From: Jordan, ... “Lyon's Crew.”

I am currently reading Face Down by SimplyDazzling. I am on chapter 4 and I am liking it so far. I thought JS self published her stories through Amazon? I have a copy of Lyon's Crew in my Kindle app on my computer that I got free, but I have to say that I haven't read it. I see that she has a 4th "book" in Lyon's crew coming out. I have no intention of buying or reading any of it. It would be great if we were all wealthy. I don't really watch much tv. I am usually on my computer reading a story.
Let me know when you're half way through if you're still liking it. I don't want to start and then get disappointed.
I didn't use to watch tv also, but I needed a break from reading. I found a couple of shows I liked and dvr'd...now I'm hooked. If you have Netflix, there's a lot to choose from. The Voice, Scandal, How to get away with murder , Castle, About a boy and White Collar are the ones I follow. Also a few on cable. They are good.Right now, chillin' to the one and only, Notorious B.I.G on Fuse. Next hour, John Meyer...mellow Sunday
