You ladies are killing me with all the rec's. I have read a lot of them but now want to go back and read them again. The ones I haven't are now on my TBR list. Now to just think of my top 10 list hmmm. Thanks  :-*

Me too! I couldn't think of top 10 of all time, but only top 10 in my head right now. But it's great with all the lists because there's a lot now on my TBR. (Not that I needed more, but...)

Thanks for all the top 10 lists so far!   So, it looks like the Gravity Series is quite popular...    it's the one about mercenary-ward?    Is it heavy on the romance?  Or more heavy on death and destruction? LOL

I'm so happy Tara Sue Me is publishing her trilogy. It was one of my first fanfics and opened a whole new world to me. Lots of love for those books.
Looks like this is on Amazon with the whole trilogy being only $5.99.  Has anyone read the published version?

Finally finished Bring On The Wonder. Excited to start something new.

Needing something light and fluffy . . . and Daddyward.

Am thinking You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login might fit the bill.
You haven't read Real Life??  It is exercise for your stomach.  I was laughing so hard in parts.  Oh, heck, most of the story.... It is definitely a favorite!

Please let us know what you think of TRLoEAM.   I read the first few paragraphs but ended up getting distracted by something else.   I've been meaning to go back to it, but haven't because I'm not sure I want to read about parental responsibilities and raising kids when I usually use my fics to escape said responsibilities! LOL

I definitely needed a break after Hopeless.   I found myself so wrapped up in that story!   It really really got to me and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.    I read The Sea of Tranquility not long after and while I did love it, I didn't think it was as good as Hopeless.   I think because I was comparing the two so I wished I had waited to read SoT.

Thank you for posting your top 10!  I have The Man Who Can't be Moved on my kindle and I couldn't remember what it was about...  thanks for mentioning it.  I've been trying to only send ones that I am 100% sure I want to read soon to my kindle, so I knew it must be good or I wouldn't have put it on there. ;-)

I've read Emancipation Proclamation (as published, Sempre) and Fridays at Noon and LOVED both of those.   I've got VV/LRM, The Real Life of EAM and the Misapprehension of Bella Swan all on my kindle already too, I'll push them up the list a little.     Need to check the rest out too because it seems we have similar taste in 'wards! LOL

How did you know that about the outtake for Chapter 2 in It's Just Lunch?  Does the author mention it in the A/N?   I'm hoping I'll remember that when I read it eventually.

Here are my Top Fics (in order I read them):
Out of Sight, Out of Mind by Simaril
Let Your Light Shine - lolashoes
A Life Extraordinary - lolashoes
Isle Esme - vixen1836
A Pound of Flesh - jaxon22
Alphabet Weekends
Faking It - spanglemaker9
Fridays at Noon - troublefollows1017
Once Upon a Saturday (FaN sequel) -troublefollows1017

(those are the only ones I've read LOL unless I've forgetting one!   Well, I flounced CIWA & The Ex-Factor)

Does anyone else have a top 10 list they want to share?
I like most of these a lot.  I am a big Actorward fan. There are two I really liked that I don't see here - You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login Dreaming of You
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login Reel Life

I read both a couple times and I would say Reel Life is one of my favs. Sandy is a great writer.

I also love the Broken Angel series by drotuno You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
And Reboot by Diana Law You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login which is an interesting redo of Twilight.  Well, redo isn't quite correct.

And except for EP and the Tara Sue Me trilogy, Booked and I have similar tastes. ;D

When i download from FFnet I look at all the author's works. It said "snacktime" had outtakes from "it's just lunch" so I also downloaded it. sometimes the A/N will say if they have posted outtakes or something but i sometimes skip the A/N  8) But i read the A/N if they have recs. This one had recs of other works at the end of each chapter. I think the other outtakes in Snacktime are farther from where I am at, so i only read the first one as it said it was for chapter 2.  :)

I don't think I can do a favorite's list - I would just keep adding to it and never end.

Not a lot to spoil - it focuses on two very shy characters who fall in love. Edward is reclusive and painfully introverted, Bella is marginally better but most of it is a front. It's a very sweet story, but far too long. It could probably be half the length - I think the writer wanted to make it realistic by making their relationship take a while to form. Definitely keep going with it, it's a beautiful story all in all.

Yay! It's Friday night - but working with germy, snotty children all week means that I am lying on the couch, sipping lemon and ginger tea and trying to convince my immune system that it needs to man up and fight the sore throat, temperature and tight chest that wants to take hold of my body!

Where would I find this recipe?

I find everything on google - how I managed to do two university degrees without google is beyond me!

There are a bajillion different recipes on google for Armadillo Eggs, but this one was the first I tried, and now I just add and adapt: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login I had to Australianise it, because I have no idea what Bisquick is! If I'm feeling extra lazy, I buy pre-made hamburger patties or even meatballs from the butcher and just wrap the stuffed chilli in that.

My other go-to party nibbly is: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

So I merged the 2 recipes, and stuff the jalapenos with bacon, cream cheese and grated cheese. I've also been told that I should wrap the whole lot in bacon. I really couldn't be bothered, but

A word of warning - wear gloves when prepping the chillies!

Also, if you wear contact lenses, remove them before deseeding and chopping the chillies - I can't explain it, but it's almost as if the lenses protect my eyes while I'm preparing the jalapenos, but when I remove my lenses that night . . . ouch! It's like, when my naked eyes are exposed, all the chilli fumes are activated. Very painful!

I couldn't put together a Top 10 - or even a Top 100! I've read so many, and it just depends on my mood as to what my favourite would be. I also like quite a few one-shots.

Also, some that I read and loved back in my early twific days just haven't stood the test of time - I think I was dazzled by the erotica!  :D

Let Your Light Shine - lolashoes

Whenever I see this fic, I have a little chuckle to myself! I read this when it's sequel was a WIP.

I decided to read it because . . . Let Your Light Shine is the school motto of the Presbyterian and Methodist Church Ladies College that I attended for primary and high school! Luceat Lux Vestra is about the only Latin I know!

It has to do with the Parable of the Lamp: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

I couldn't agree more - it depends on my mood whether I enjoy the story or not.  I have also read so many I can't really remember them all.  I start to read them again and then realise I know what will happen next.   :-[

On a different matter I usually hate I.T. but, today due to a system upgrade we finished at lunchtime - let the weekend begin!
