Just make sure the vodka is either Spirytus Delikatesowy (as that's 95% alcohol) or Grey Goose (coz who doesn't love that stuff

) I only just watched Cosomopolis for the first time last night and I floved it.
The hubby was a bit upset as I moaned out loud (so this is starting to turn into a habit for me!) about Rob passing a drink and eating those nuts

He was like: "You're seriously moaning about at that!"
Me: "Of course, look at those fingers!"
Hubby: "Right!?!"
Me:"Babe, if you had fingers like that I'd moan a lot more than I normally do!"

I can't decide what my best line in the movie is but it's definitely one of these:
"My Prostate is asymmetrical." or "I am currently experiencing my Korean panic attack.”

On another note - who knew a prostate exam could be such a turn on.

Such a great movie. I love Cronenberg anyways and the Rob-p0rn was definatelly appreciated. Slightly different from the book, but you still get the apathy and Eric's inability to deal with the changes around him. Honestly, I didn't expect liking the film so much.

(I think Cronenberg has already cast Rob for his next film, right?)

Also, does anyone else thinks the prostate exam to be the hottest scene? I did and that is totally weird, since there is an actual sex scene in the movie

Yeah him and Cronenberg are gonna film Map to the Stars together - can't wait.
I know what you mean - that prostate exam, nearly did me in.

Even Entertainment Weekly said that it was the sexiest non-sex scene.

I'd be wanting more than a bottle of water between my legs!!

I've been wanting to watch this but have been putting it off because it got such a poor rating on IMDB. But now, with all this talk I'm going to have to watch it ASAP. Off to see if Amazon Prime or Netflix has it.

Side note --- Did I mention Wide Awake is making me want to forget all of my responsibilities and read for 15 hours straight?

It was well written with an HEA. I would recommend reading it.

However, it is angsty and sad. I'm not sure I would ever reread it.

Can you guys tell me more about Hydraulic Level 5? Does it have a published book name yet? I've been seeing this mentioned quite a bit as one of the best fanfics out there.

It is supposed to be published as Hydraulic Level 5 by Sarah Latchaw. It was a good fanfic and worth the read.

Hey, thank you for reminding me about this one. It was very well written but kind of sad and fairly long (pdf 789 pages), so I never finished it. Reading it right now and I'm stuck again!

I was really excited to see this back! I think she's been reposting old chapters, but they ended up a bit muddled because 1-8 were at the end. Does anyone have a pdf of the old version? she's now started trying to sort the order out but has apparently lost one of the original chapters and is asking on twitter if anyone has it... it was called "The Great Divide".

Yep, according to her twitter she reposted the first chapters at the end of the fic (she couldn't do it any other way without removing the entire story) The reason is that she decided to continue the story after all.

~~Also, I am pretty sure that there is a copy of the story somewhere around here~~

Edit: Couldn't find anything so I am posting my copy on the other thread

You can replace existing chapters actually, unless I'm misunderstanding what she was doing. I do it with my own.

That's good, it looked too confusing how she had it up already

I tried to rec it to someone and they said they'd be back when it was sorted. I think FF.net might be down for updates right now...
