SavyB (thanks demaris) how did you like that Letter to my Husband fic? I was so confused the whole way through, the writing was really stunted I thought? It might be because the author isn't a native English speaker. Plus when Edward turned up and took her out - WTF? It seemed so surreal, I was half expecting it to have all been a dream at the end.

Oh Matt Bomer would get it. Not from me, for obvious reasons, but I'd settle for being in the room while it happens

It was really good but intense. This type of Edward is my favorite. Dark, possessive, demanding  It ended very well, I didn't feel jipped. You need to have quiet to read though. Lots of little things entwined in the dialogue.

Yep, in my defense I'm reading at the same time, soooo....

Aaastrooo - where are you?  They have all left me for the dark side and I'm not allowed.......yet.

*pants* I'm here and scrambling to catch up! Trying to get back into sleep routine before I go back to work at the end of next week doesn't work when power goes off at 10:30pm (I had to have a cold shower, and not for the good reason!) and then comes back on at 1:00am. I thought I had carefully turned everything off but BAMM! tv blaring, air con on, everything beeping and flashing! (And not the good flashing!)

But I still got up at 6:00, read BAtB for 30 minutes, went for a run (a cool change came through last night that will probably last for all of 3 hours), had breakfast (mango and icecream counts for breakfast when you're on holidays, right?) and now I'd bet that no-one else is here!!!

It is, but I want to meet a lot of people who I read and have met. However, I'm wondering if our group meeting up would be more fun. Ohhh the possibilities 

You do realise that we would definitely all be arrested and cause some sort of international incident if we ALL got together in one place? S hit! I could probably do that on my own!!!

I would love to go to TWIFIC (well, the US in general), but unless it falls in school holidays, I need to apply for leave 2 full terms in advance and as it's in June that window is already closed.

Damn government with the damn rules. Giving me 6 weeks holidays now and only 2 in April and June and September!

yes, that was my immediate thought when I first heard out the meet.  There's so much drama between some authors and then the fans stupidly getting involved that no.  Just no.  The only drama I want if we all meet is from laughing too much, running away from the police for streaking or indecent exposure, accidentally swiping a duffel bag full of US$100 from the mob, you know - stuff like that.   

I'll bring the vodka and the corn chips.
