Hmmm, no idea. I had a dream where there was a dog, a huge wolf and a snowy owl with a black face. I opened my door and they all came in. Weird.

Yep.

You too.

What are you girls eating before bedtime???

See that little button that says SP? Well its a funny little thing. Ha! Really it make me laugh, what it does is makes sure that everyone get to enjoy a story by not telling us all the plot... :D Hilarious isn't it? Imagine that, NOT wanting to know the plot of a story you haven't yet read? It's just CRAZY.....What will these people think of next?!

SavyB I give you thanks!

Ha! I click the spoiler button anyway! I guess that's a benefit of being old and senile. :-[

He's too pretty.

*pants* I'm here and scrambling to catch up! Trying to get back into sleep routine before I go back to work at the end of next week doesn't work when power goes off at 10:30pm (I had to have a cold shower, and not for the good reason!) and then comes back on at 1:00am. I thought I had carefully turned everything off but BAMM! tv blaring, air con on, everything beeping and flashing! But I still got up at 6:00, read BAtB for 30 minutes, went for a run (a cool change came through last night that will probably last for all of 3 hours), had breakfast (mango and icecream counts for breakfast when you're on holidays, right?) and now I'd bet that no-one else is here!!!

You do realise that we would definitely all be arrested and cause some sort of international incident if we ALL got together in one place? S hit! I could probably do that on my own!!!

Ooooo! I know! You should all come to Australia in the next few weeks and we can all stalk Robbie together!

It makes perfect sense - it's the only central location, unless we all meet up in central Mongolia.

I'll bring the vodka and the corn chips.
I'm sure my dad would pay bail!

Oh, I definitely aim to hold it when Rob is filming here  >:D

 :D :D :D

We need a good name for our meet up!

PTS Going Down?

mango and ice cream counts as breakfast even when you're not on holiday.

I would love to go to Australia.  I want to go to New Zealand too.  I was ready to give up my first born to work on LOTR, but I didn't have one then.  I still don't have one, so the Hobbit was a no go too.   Plus, they had the old hag who worked on LOTR so she already had all the deets for H3, but I could have helped someway... somehow.

Uhm... Mongolia?  hmm... is it cold there?  I try to stay away from the cold.

we would definitely all get arrested, but if your dad can bail us out then it's all good  :sign0151:

nonononono.

i dont have the right equipment. i would always be self doubting myself "im not enough for him". i cant see the appeal. Matt Bomer was such a disappointment. After i found out he was gay i could see that he turns his head to the side, in such a sweet feminine way.
i have gay friends, nothing against it. thats not true. as a single women i think its a waste. lol.

it doesnt get me off tho, cause i know i wouldnt get him off as well...
its irrational. but it just looses the appeal to me.

I agree. I know his name was being thrown around as Fifty. But um no, I don't wanna see that. I see Matt, not the character. Terrible of me I know.

Does anyone here actually BUY p2p books?

I can maybe see if the pubbed version has been changed a LOT, but it's just names and locations and minor copy edits, I don't see the point of buying it.

Also, I need advice. I'm doing a volunteering thing at a special needs school next week - the lady said no formal clothes, no skirts/dresses and no jeans. Uh.. what am I left with?

Are you a teacher too? Or a therapist?

Sorry - I'm a nosy bitch with no boundaries.

I did some prac in a special school and my nephew is high level special needs so this might sound really politically incorrect, but wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty (and snotty, and drooly, and pooy).

Dress for comfort - you might be standing, sitting, crawling, climbing. The first time I met the Minister for Education, I was crawling on the carpet, grunting like a pig. We were doing an early childhood unit of farm animals.

The second time I met the Minister for Education, I was covered in cream. We were doing a unit on food and were making butter and the lid wasn't on the jar.

The Education Department still promoted me to Principal though  ;)

Make sure nothing hangs out or might pop out - although maybe that's why I got promoted!

In Queensland, we dress VERY casually in schools...too casually, but it is damn hot and a lot of the rooms don't have air con (my entire school has air con, thank goodness) and we spend a lot of time outside anyway.

I mostly see teachers in shorts and polo shirts or tank tops mostly, and a lot even wear thongs (flip flops, you dirty perves!). We do dress better in winter - the first cool day and the scarves and accessories come out.

I have a three day state conference at the end of February - this is my excuse for a new corporate-look wardrobe. As a principal, I have to dress up a bit more - at least when I'm not in the school! I refuse to dress up when I'm teaching. I've had too many nice clothes ruined with paint, glue, glitter and snot!

Nope.  I think I posted my stance on p2p last year on the 152 thread and got an "eh" response, but my thing is I only read it because it was an Edward/Bella (or Bella/Jasper) fic, so why would I pay to read the same story with only the names changed.  The p2p that have more changes than just the names weren't on my faves list, so I wouldn't have bought them anyway.  Just my op and I don't judge others for theirs because in the end, who cares?  It's already been published and people are buying it.

uhm, what?  sometimes I think I don't start eating until after 7pm!!  :o

I don't think I have ever eaten before 7 in all my life. I mean I leave for work at 5:30am and I just walked in the door and it is 8:30pm. Supper, what supper? There is no restaurants either. I live in the country. Supper means a meal I rarely eat unless it is the weekend or it is a sandwich or bowl of cereal. * shrugs* it is just me during the week. Who the hell feels like cooking an hour after 15 hr day !?
