My mom didn't read or watch twilight. Also says she doesn't think rob is cute. but she is reading FSoG and likes it!!

Lol, turns out after talking to her Mum that she wanted to give her son an "old fashion" sounding name.

I got my Mum into FSoG - she thought it was rather tame.

I know what you mean - I find quite a few of them start of really promising and then become quite cliched after a bit.

I'm struggling to get to grips with a 6 year old creating a "blood bath" in down town Chicago in the early 1900s...

I finished up Departures by TheFicChick and loved it. Best written fic I've read in ages, could have been an actual book, the editing was that good. No wrong words, and I think I only noticed one obvious mistake, and I can't remember what it was.

There were little hints in this one (when Edward took charge of Bella in the bar after Angela and Ben left) of a take charge guy, and now I'm jonesin' for a good alpha male lead. Can someone help me? I want: well written, proper word usage, take charge alpha male, but not an asshole, good lemons, good UST before the main event. By take charge, I DON'T mean BDSM, just a man who takes charge a little bit. MoTU is about as "dom" as I can do. Also, I don't care who the male lead is, Edward, Jasper, Peter, really, I think I could do anyone but Carlisle, not there yet, lol!

So anyone got any recs for me on this one?

I know I've mentioned this one sooo many times, but the Jasper in A Different Direction was pretty alpha IIRC. Idk, I probably won't

about that fic until you read it lol

I finally get a break from working for the past 18 hours and I'm seeing comments about crazy Aussie bugs, asparagus as shark repellant (thanks, I'll have to eat some next time I go diving in shark infested waters), religious fanatics and cringe-worthy pics of RP!!! ***pinching myself to wake myself up from a nightmare***
