Shite why doesn't Sainsbury's sell brain bleach.....

Edit: Oh wait?! Cedric is the character that Rob played in the film? Oh, that's still nuts but not vomit inducing;  I thought Cedric was the albino-looking one, what was his name?

Well I would say ferk them as that series is brilliant! So well written.  I know that doesn't go down well here - but truth hurts.  I was not interested in reading either at first, but, I will say I am sorry HP had to go against Twilight for anything as it deserved so much more than it has been awarded - actors included.
As a British franchise - ferking fantastic.
The idea of reading fic about HP though, just NO.

Agreed.  I like HP and Dramione fan fictions too.  I can't get enough of them.  Also, *whispering* may I ask where you found the BDB fics you've been reading? *quick before the Twi-hards hear us*

I haven't found a lot, but there's a group on goodreads that has a bunch, and I can email you what I do have. True was EXCELLENT butch/V fic. You have to find it more on private blogs because Ward is very anti-fanfic. I know she made FF.net take a bunch down.

Oh, BDB is Black Dagger Brotherhood, a hot vampire PNR series, although it's not as good as it used to be.

Also, Cassandra Clare (Mortal Instruments series) got her start writing HP/Draco fanfic. :)

Care to share your Dramione stuff? So far, I have Water by kisshedraco on the list, and some of cassie clare's stuff.

I totes agree that as a British franchise HP was absolutely brilliant, the amount of creatives it employed? Well, I'm worried how half of them will pay their mortgage now...

Did it deserve to win over Twilight, the movies? Absofuckinglutely!
The book being well written? No. I thought is was patronisingly written or at least the first one, which is all I could manage, but, I will qualify that by saying, I read Philip Pullman's His Dark Material series around the same time which kicked HP's ass when it came down to well written children literature..as HP was being marketed as at the time...

I love this fic - I know it's really heavy but it's so well written.

I love this fic too! I had no idea what it was about before starting. It was in my tbr and I just clicked it. Bot was I shocked but still one of my favourites.
