her other fics are better.

some of them are on twilighted and twcs.

i havent read The Bandits of Bennett Circle.

she has one about lawyers that it was one of the first fics i read on twilighted, i dont like that site.

Twilighted sucks. I can only read there if the background is white. It's just a pain. I can't remember if I've read anything from her, but I swear I have. I'll need to check her profile.

I'm a pretty big geek when it comes to FPS gaming/SW/internet fads and I used to be a HP fanatic (mugglenet member right here :great:) but Lord of the Rings just wasn't my thing. I'm always suprised by how difficult find it to believe that I've never seen one. It seems to be some rite of passage I've missed!

Rickell - did you download that from here? I Google'd it and couldn't find much.

Star Wars/Trek, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, LotR, video games of the RPG variety, including years of WoW, yeah, I'ma geek.

I love Doctor Who, but I can't imagine reading fanfiction about it. I don't know why I'm so happy to read Twilight ff but no others.

Did you ever play League of Legends? I tried that one time and I was so awful.

Good morning girls! Phew, that was a LOT of pages to catch up to. Just to put in my own comments before going off to a meeting:
1) i LOVE Nolebucgrl!!! Demaris, do keep reading First and Ten as well as her other books. You wont't regret it. Will definitely buy her novel when it comes out this April. :)
2) i'm a movie fanatic so i've watched a lot of films. never read Harry potter nor Lord of the Rings but have watched the entire series... I really enjoyed them though am not an addict about them. I really liked The Hobbit and looking forward to the next few movies for this one.
3) I liked FSoG, don't care much about the drama surrounding the author. I just enjoyed the books, though we all know it is way far from being a literary masterpiece, i really love the story of Ana and Christian...as i said, i read the trilogy 3 times, consecutively... :P

Talk to you guys later!

Never played it, but my son plays it all the damn time.

I'm kinda funny about what fics I'll read too, so far I've limited it to Twilight and BDB.

I just started a new fic and it's looking pretty good so far.

Only....every time the author wants to say 'and' she's putting in the '&' symbol instead.

Rosalie & Emmett

Edward & his music.

Carlisle & Esme are gone.

It's driving me insane already.

ETA: and this: I missed them both like the dickens.

....

 :wtf:

What 18 year old talks like that?

Ahhh! F uck it! Too many pages and not enough time - I'm going into work today - on my holidays. How's that for dedication! - so I'll try to be quick and to the point -  :D

I wish I could be as succinct as Booked but that ain't happening!

First, and most important - time zones suck arse!!!

OK, with that out of the way:

:star: Sequel to Under The Blood Moon started posting yesterday. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login I really hate it when an author posts a sequel when the first fic actually isn't a stand alone fic - and then they more often than not don't finish the sequel.

:star: You didn't like my poultry pron?  :'(
Hi...my name is Astro...and I'm a cockaholic.
My dad worked in the poultry industry for 50 years - so I have plenty of pics to post - and quite a bit of knowledge too.

:star: Ella, SavyB this is a safe place ...a blame free zone  :peace:
However, I will carry the burden of corrupting this board if you deem it so...and wear it like a badge of honour!

You all taught me everything I know and besides, we all love it here anyway - if we didn't, we wouldn't keep coming back again, and again, and again...

:star: I try to avoid a/n and reviews and don't know too much about the what goes on with the authors. That way, I like their writing even if they are the world's greatest b!tch, or I can honestly say I don't like it without feeling like I need to be loyal.

And I hate when an author doesn't stay true to their story because of reviews or FB or whatever.

:star: P2P - I have no issue whatsoever with P2P.
EL James - I didn't like how she turned on the fandom, but after that interview she did with Babs Walters - what an obnoxious, condescending hypocritical shrew!!!

Casea Major has a page on Good Reads: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

psst *whispers and looks around* - I am stalking a FSoG ff at the moment...

My SIL, who constantly knocks me for reading fanfic is absolutely gushing ATM about Beautiful Bastard and The Submissive - "oh, I just found these new books - you should read them!"

::) Yeah - I did, like 3 years ago!

:star:

I love this! And I apologise again and in advance for pointing out typos - it's the teacher in me!

Oh, and the sh!t stirrer too!!!

Err? you might want to have a word with Astro then, because yesterday she beat my a*se!  :D :D

Baby, I thought you liked it when I did that?

(I won't mention how I have been searching for Demaris' rec "First In Ten" - to find that it's "First & Ten" )

 :star:

And here I was thinking I was safe to have a drink while reading posts on here - apparently not.  :D :D :D

You know I have an emoti for this...

There needs to be some kind of sticky at the top of the forum stating:

1) search for fics you want on ff.net before asking for them here
2) you can download copies of fics from ff.net using flagfic
3) when asking for a story name, you need to give more than 'Er, well, Bella and Edward meet and fall in love'
4) USE THE FLUBBING SEARCH FUNCTION

That is all.

That ^ is what I was referring to when I said how patient you all are...were?

The "Do you have a finished copy, because it's still a WIP on fanfic.net" question...

 :star:
I read all the HP fics to my class - that's a whole lot of reading aloud! - and because of that, I can't read any HP ff.

I think I hate the Twilight books!  There, I said it! I love Edward and Rob.

:( Do you want me to leave now?

 :star:
TWCS - I think that it may have been started by the women who wrote The Training School after it got the boot from ff.net, and then grew in popularity when The Perfect Wife moved over there.

But I might be wrong - I am old and senile...

 :star:
Demaris and Lauren both sloshed on margaritas tonight? Margaritas are my all time fave cocktail!!!

I so have to fly to London for a night on the town with you girls!
(I'd probably have to meet up with my little sister too though - so I'll apologise in advance again. She is a moody, bi-polar b!tch!!!)

Same here, almost 100% sure I never will. Just like Star Wars .

That's just sad...I  :sparklyheart: SW! but the originals only! (Although I do think Natalie Portman is gorgeous!)

 >:D I bet there is some really good Han/Obiwan fics out there - not Luke - he was a whinging pussy, and as much as I love Chewie - that would be to much like bestiality.

LOTR - snooze fest, but I will be reading The Hobbit to my Year 5-7 classes this year. The movies had some eye candy (Orlando, Vigo) but they were just soooo long!

In conclusion...
Time zones suck and you're all just as chatty as me and it's not fair that you're all probably gone now anyway...

After all this nerdy HP/LOTW/gaming talk (and yes Matron, I see what you have Tumblred!), I think we all need a good dose of why we come here... (Thanks Lauren!)
