The Naked Guy Upstairs didn't look complete or updated since 2010? or am I thinking of a different story?

TNGUS is finished but not marked complete...and she promised an epi but it never posted, and isn't really needed. It would probably have only been "and they had a kid, who never impacted on their sex lives and they all lived happily ever after.

Read it - it's good.

I often used to get TNGUS and Edward Wallbanger and Subject: Edward Cullen, aka The Womanizer confused. This was before I'd read them and there was just something about the names that got all messed up in my brain.

What can I say? I really suck at names!

I have to agree with you there. I fell for all the hype and then after reading it though "eh". Don't get me wrong the lemons were great but overall "eh".

Lmao, the lemons are the only fantastic thing about that fic.

The only reason I read it and will rec it.

But plot? nothing there imo.

Are you talking The Office here? It was ok - a little too much fashion and lingerie talk for me. Thank goodness it wasn't "pixie" Alice pushing the fashion and lingerie!!! That shits me!

Demaris - I have no idea what makes a fic a classic. It's like a movie. To me, Cat On A Hot Tin Wolf is a classic. Gone With The Wind is a classic. The Wizard of Oz and The Sound of Music are classics.

To someone else, Scarface is a classic, or Pulp Fiction ().

Someone else might think Finding Nemo is a classic.

I know someone who says that Scary Movie is a classic.

I guess the ff classics are the early fics that were there almost from the beginning and really kicked the fandom off. Wide Awake seems to be one that everyone credits.

Thanks Astro, I'm interested in how we individually view this...I love Dusty but I won't call it a classic, yet, because it's too new..so yeah standing the test of time is one of the factors I suppose..and having some kind of 'artistic merit', no? Or is that just me?

RDMickey taught me everything I know about Tumblr - but these are the only posts of hers that I can find with instructions. In my mind, I was sure that I had step by step instructions.

How weird is that???

So if I muddled through with these, you should be able to as well.

You can like a post, but that is harder to find. Most reblog and sometimes comment as they reblog. If you reblog it is in your archives, yahoo ! Great for linking later as I do here. But as others have stated. You will see all sorts of things on your dashboard. A pretty flower, a pretty peen, Rob.

Your dashboard you will only see things from people you follow, so add people to follow. So damn easy.

I know it is hard at first, but you have to realize I have been there for years. But now for me to follow you I will usually click on your name or avi and look at your archives to make sure that what you are blogging I want to see. Just like you can follow someone, you can unfollow just as easy. I think in the beginning I would look to see who reblog from whom. Clicked on their name as well and hit follow. You will also see at the bottom of my blog, a few that I follow. I am following close to 500+, but have almost 700 following me. Does that help?

You can upload pics or by coping from URL. You can also do music, vids, etc

To post a pic from tumblr to here:
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
If on a pc and using chrome, right click and say copy URL. Paste it here, but you will then need to highlight the pasted link and hit the mona lisa icon above. (The img icon). You can also use tumview.com that will isolate a pic well for you to copy a link. Some blogs will allow you to just click on the pic and it will isolate. Others won't, depends on what design they are using. The chrome way and tumview will always work. There is more you can do at tumblr, but baby steps

You have to do them individually. Cannot do in one shot

The theme thing nearly made me pull the pin, but then I just picked one and it seems to work. But I spend more time on my dashboard than on my own blog, so I figure that the theme is more for lurkers rather than followers.

OK - so who's tumblring? We need links!

So we can all hide our heads in pervy, kinky shame together!!!

ETD: This post is probably way out of sequence - I was tracking back on old posts and then had 2 phone calls and then had the JWs knocking on my door - oh, if only they knew what I was doing on my computer, they would have run screaming instead of trying to convert me!

Whew, *swipes brow* I miss a day and it's 20 pages plus.....

So I mostly skimmed, though I'm sorry I missed the music conversation  ;)

I spent all morning reading You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Breakfast at Tiffany's »Edward admires Bella from afar, until a chance meeting convinces him to send her messages in the Tiffany's window. Can their two worlds merge beyond the grand gesture? elaboration/continuation of the One Shot. Collaboration with Hmonster4.
Twilight - Rated: M - English - Romance - Chapters: 34 - Words: 168,557 - Reviews: 1552 - Updated: 10-16-09 - Published: 2-15-09 - Edward & Bella - Complete

It was really great and hard to put down.  I don't know why I waited so long to read it.   ;D

I think I've mentioned it (or Hmonster or profmom72) at least three times in the last 24 hours. It's a great fic.
