Men here are also more macho, no kiss between them.

I think Bomer was competing with Henry Cavil.
But for me Superman  will always be Christopher Reeve.

I love Somewhere in Time. oh the music from it....

I went to primary school with a girl who used to make out with a poster of Christopher Reeve - it was a little too weird for a 13 year old, full on kissing and licking and panting.

That's what I think of when anyone mentions him!

I need to haul myself off the couch so I can get to bed before midnight. It's 10:25 and my abs are screaming tonight from 30DS so I need to start now! Goodnight!

He's pretty. The pretty ones often look gay - doesn't mean they are...not that there's anything wrong with that  ;)

I couldn't be with a guy that was prettier than me though - if he has more products in his bathroom that me, I'm not interested!
Well there was stuff going round the internet last year when a pic surfaced of him kissing a guy
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
I think it's a pretty hot pic so I don't see the problem with it.  :D ;)

I was devastated when I learned Matt bomer was gay. I couldn't fantasize about him anymore. Even when I see him on tv with a co star I keep thinking : he is not into it. He is missing the cock.

I tell the same to my lesbian friend, she told me yesterday that she dreamt (not sexy times dreams) of some guy she used to date, and I'm like: you are missing the cock girl.
Lol, I love Matt Bomer.
Between him and Jackson on White Collar the other night I was in heaven.  :D

Yes to all of this and I'm throwing in this annoying gem:  "It's not my story to tell."  Then why the heck did you bring it up?  Where did this originate?  I've read it in so many fics that I want to throw a shoe whenever I see it.

Ah!  I didn't remember anything from this season until you brought up the pea puree (which sounds gross btw)!  Tiffany was my favorite mainly because she was from Texas.  Everyone else has faded from memory.  Was Jamie in this season (the whiny girl with the corn soup)?

IIRC the whole "It's not my story to tell" is canon, is it not? I believe Edward said it both in reference to Rosalie and Jasper's pasts.

Either way, just because it was in the books doesn't mean it should be in every damn fic.

I LOVED BD pt 2, and the credits were so well done-I can't wait until the dvd comes out and I can watch again

The best part was watching my hubby during the battle scene-

It is so funny you say that last night my husband was looking thru Verizon's On Demand and I asked him what he was looking for and he said "the final Twilight cause he wanted to see the big battle scene at the end."  I laughed so hard at that.

I agree, Christopher Reeve will always be my superman...

How was Jackson's acting in White Collar? (Never seen an episode of that show) He looked great in the pic! I do wish everyone in Twilight get more acting jobs so they can do better and show they improved. And who knew Anna Kendrick could sing! Loved Pitch Perfect!

Europeans? I think they're hot! Specially the Italians, Spanish and Greeks. The Brits i like for their accents  ;)  and have to agree, the Aussies seem more manly than the Brits, maybe its bec of all that rough outdoors... Who can forget that awkward moment when Europeans greet you by kissing your cheeks. We are used to kissing one cheek so you straighten up but then they continue to lean in to kiss the other one too so there's a bit of that ooops, oh, right, mwah  :)

Matt Bomer is very good looking indeed but after knowing he's gay, i really can't bring myself to fantasize about him. He's way more prettier than me. I love love love Neil Patrick Harris! Another guy i stalk in twitter LOL. Think he's really cool and great as Barney Stinson. HIMYM is the only series I really watch or buy dvds of to catch up.

Finished The Golden Giants Tour. Loved it as well, specially their repartee. I enjoy fics with those kind of dialogues/characters... Love those humorous/romantic ones even without that much lemons. Go read it as well if you haven't yet!

Starting Comp Sem 101 now  :)

I think I'm the only person in the world who does not like BArney Stinson.

Justin timberlake. Or Leo di Caprio.

She has a background in Broadway, so she can sing and dance.  Anna was actually nominated for a Tony award (it's like the Oscars for Broadway) back in 1998 ('99?).  Have you watched the movie Up in the Air?  Not a musical, but it stars George Clooney and Anna was actually an Oscar nominee for the movie in the Best Supporting Actress category a few years ago.

Didn't know she had background in broadway, no wonder! Yeah, saw Up in the air and was really happy for her for being nominated for that role. I do feel an affinity for the actors in Twilight, i want them all to be successful... i root for them all silently  ^-^  except for Rob of course who i will always defend/sing praises for, good thing he can act! And he's so good looking and humble that i can always bitc h away with conviction at any of my relatives and friends who dare disparage him within my presence  :P

Just had to say i was glad to finally find a completely different James here. Younger, scrawny kid, a good friend/fellow merch peddler to Bella. It was refreshing particularly after just reading the horrific James in Major Misconduct. Think this is the only fanfic i've read where james was not a bad guy.

A few chapters in Comp Sem 101 and it looks very promising, thanks again to the one who rec'd this  :)

One of the WIP's I've kind of been addicted to completed today - You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login by knicnort3 - yay!!
Summary: When her brother Emmett is diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia, Bella attempts to save him by secretly embarking on a radical scheme involving his best friend Edward. As their plan proceeds, Bella and Edward must deal with the repercussions of their actions and a love they were never expecting. A/H

It's definitely not the most original fic I've read but I quite like fics where Edward's Bellas best friend or her brothers best friend.  ;D

I first saw Anna in the movie Camp (2003) and thought she was great!  I don't know if anyone ever heard of the movie, but it's about a kid's summer theatre camp (based on the real Stagedoor Manor).  She's hilarious as the conniving, back-stabbing Fritzi.  Here's a clip of her singing Ladies Who Lunch (after she poisoned the lead and just happened to show up at the performance in full costume).  She comes in around the 25sec mark:
