I believe she might work in the mail room at first he catches sight of her and gives her a position working as his interpreter. He basically makes up a position Emmett, his brother also works in the same building, but on a different floor I also remember in the story there is a large lunch room and Bella would still sit with her coworkers in the mail room to eat. This is an all humans story with at least 30 chapters or more romance between Bella and Edward.
