I'm looking for a few Jasper/Bella stories:

Jasper was a rich business man and owner of a farm (I think) and Bella was sent to interview him.  Edward was with Alice. Perhaps at the beginning Jasper is drinking sweet tea at a stand or something like that. And Bella stays in his ranch for the interview when she had to leave she leaves him a note, without saying goodbye.

Something bad happened to Bella and Alice advises her to leave and go to Jasper's ranch (?) as it's quiet and peaceful.  Jasper would welcome her and take her in. B drives there but her gps leads her to a dirt dead-end where Jasper happens to pass with his horse. He thinks she's a noisy reporter looking for a good story and is very rude.

I read an incomplete fic in which at first Bella and then both Bella and Jasper are on the run trying to solve a mystery.  They go various places picking up clues.  About halfway through, they meet Benjamin at the University of Chicago in the library and he joins them along with Peter and Charlotte.  Some of what they are doing is under the direction of Alice, at least in the beginning.  I cannot remember the name of it.  Anyone know?
