I just went to his FB forum and reported both his page and his ignorant, bullying comments as ABUSE. Hopefully, FaceBook will pull his page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha

I hope we get some luck or help with getting FF to raise the Rating. They have no grounds to target anyone after that. FF should just go for it, if MA is made legal again it solves as many of their problems as it does ours!!!

help with a fic..i only remember the first chapter...all human.
bella and edward live together but they aren't siblings.. edward is the popular guy in HS.
bella thinks edward is furious with her so she goes walking to hs one morning when is snowing thinking that edwards would not want to drive her and when classes ended edward was waiting for her with his car furious with her for not waiting that morning.

WW2 of the Twilight fanfiction has been declared. Thanks for the links ladies. Interesting kid huh? Think maybe he got drop as a kid that would explain some of the attitude.

Wow, this kid has a offputting god complex. No wonder many people say being a teenage is a disease that only time cure.
And getting laid make you see the world in whole new way, hahaha.
You know in a way we should pity this kid and his followers because they haven't live enough or gotten out much to understand the complexities of life.

One of them being minding your business and if you don't like something you just don't read it period. This kid will go away in time. I think that fact that everyone is reacting and such is what he want and use to prove his misguided point about Twilight fanfiction and smut fanfiction in general. I think reporting him is the way to go.

On another note please stop uploading because I will never get done, hahahha. Just kidding ladies but you do make my task harder but I take in strive happily because I love you ladies.

Most of the stories I read only have “lemons” that add to the plot and are not the basis for the plot.

Be warned there is a group of people (LAwlClan and affiliates of theirs) that are targeting the Twilight Fandom and are responsible for the scarily large number of M rated stories that have been pulled recently. The comments and slurs they are posting about the Twilight writers and fans shows it is being done simply to spite the Fandom. They are having stories with sex, swearing, drugs etc removed from FanFiction because they don't like the Fandom. No joke. Someone died and made them God in there teenager heaven (you can’t see me but I’m rolling my eyes at them now).

In an attempt to stop them the Twilighters are moving for the MA rating to be restored on the website. If this is accomplished the fictions turn legal and can NOT be removed!

Um, I have a question. Is this douchenozzle creeping FF for 'M' content stories or does he have little minions doing it for him?

I had a huge influx of favoriting and alerts that slammed my inbox today *scratches head*

Spend time cleaning and things explode. I think they are going after authors that have updated recently. Maybe not the story that is pulled but one of their stories updated and they checked others. I have also noticed on FF in the last few days people asking for rec's on stories or help finding a story with an extremely vague description. Normally I try to help but two inqueries simply said - I'm looking for BDSM stories - after this fiasco I don't respond but I do wonder if this is also how they sre targeting stories. I do look at the reviews to make sure none of my stories are listed.

On the one profile - Jimmy Starr or whatever - he says he is a 16 year old gay high school junior that loves history. History should teach him that what he is doing essentially equals burning books, something Hitler was fond of doing,quite the role model. History should also teach him that "breaking rules" leds to change, real change.

Yes, it's fanfiction and people write it because they can and not to necessarily make money or cause change. Fifty Shades is causing a commotion and actually led to a conversation about BDSM and how I felt that was actually a small part of a much larger story with my 70 year old mother. I thought we had had our last sex talk 30 years ago. But it has people talking and reacting to that lifestyle and that leads to awareness and hopefully some acceptance it wouldn't have gotten.

I would think a young gay boy would see the positive in that rather than ridicule the authors that are upset and rejoice in the the fact they are upset. Gay rights were and are paved for him by rule breakers that don't hide behind fake profiles and the anonimity of the internet, like many of his "clan". (Having said that my profile on FF and TWCS is rbsschess - I have no idea how the 2 ss were dropped here.) They are so proud of what they are doing they are doing it in the dark, so to speak - fake profiles, forums you have to approved as a member, etc.

I would post this on his forum but I refuse to give them the satisfaction of actually acknowleding them. I have e-mailed ff about the group and their strategic targeting of certain authors and stories and that is all the attention they will get from me. I did however need to get this off my chest and hope with my next updates I don't paint a huge target on my back.

I did download her stories by using Storymaster and I don't mind sharing really but like other said I don't want to piss of any author at this point in time with so much going on. She's taking everything down from TWCS as well until Sunday I think and she says that she will repost everything uncensored to give the readers the best of her work. So maybe check back on her profile in a few days.

Looks like these people are going after anything 'explicit', which, let's be honest is a LARGE majority of the M rated fics (and the only ones I read. I'm an adult, I don't want to be forced to read S. Meyer-esq fics, I want 'grown up' stories).

If people are pulling down their stories because of this spam letter I have to chuckle a little.

Talk about the foxes guarding the henhouse...

Mature is a relative term....

For the record... FanFiction won't permanently pull a fic unless it features

a) a minor having sex with a family member or an older 'authority figure' character
b) the scene isn't there to glorify incest and sexual abuse.. i.e. make incest 'sexy')
c) non-consensual sex that it intended for purely salacious intent. (ie no rape scenes for the sake of malicious and lascivious entertainment.)

Case in point For the Summer by camoozle isn't at risk, nor was Just Wait by InstantarmaGirl, because the way the author deals with this as part of the subject matter. 'Just Wait' had incest, rape, drug abuse, to name a few, but was still within the M guidelines.

It's all about the author's intentions, and what is their writing is communicating to the reader.

I'm all for freedom of expression, and I am vehemently against censorship, but that said.... there is a need for for the author to have a basic understanding the difference between PWP, misogynistic sadism and hate speech.

It all comes down to what are the author's intentions when dealing with sex and violence. If they want to explore the topic, such as sadism in sex purely as an exercise in curiosity, then they should

...find another suitable venue.

Basically ... if the writers doesn't demonstrate they understand the complexity behind taboo subjects.. ... then it's probably puerile sexism and even hate speech, whether the writer meant to, or not.

Think of why there is a difference between what's allowed on X-tube vs Youtube, or the content of Playboy compared to Hustler... Of course there is a place for stuff but having full access to the 'general' public? It isn't appropriate.

Getting yanked down with no warning....? I doubt it.
When Ffn is notified of a problem they give the author a chance to respond to the complaints.

FanFiction usually asks the author to make changes, and the author always has the opportunity to prove themselves, and argue their case.

Hide and Drink has 'dubious consent' subject matter, but it was never at risk. Why? How the author addresses the topic: with 'M'aturity.

CaraNo's Isla de Cullen failed to demonstrate that Edward (her Father's friend btw) was not forcing her (dubious consent with a minor), FYI, and CaraNo chose not to make changes. That's her decision.

Many authors just choose to flounce. I wish they wouldn't. They should defend their artistic integrity and stand against these accusers. By leaving, they are accepting 'the charges' against their writing.

For the record... Master of Universe was 'asked' to make changes by FanFiction, which the author complied with. Icy just chose to post on her own website, once Angst Goddess finished building it for her.

Many of the types of changes FanFiction wanted her to make are still present in her book '50 Shades of Grey'. Her book is Not rated X because her published book follows the M rating guidelines. In fact... the story could be reposted on the FanFiction site if she ever wanted to because of how she addresses the topic.

It's all about understanding your target audience and making your intentions clear. As authors we are expected to write with integrity and insight.

Or just blow it all out the window and write PWP for the slush pile at another venue. When Twi-Kink ran their contest, they made sure to set up a separate web site. That way the authors could go full blazes. There is an important place for this sort of 'crazy' Twific writing, and FanFiction isn't the right place for it. Smart writers know this.

I want grown-up stories too... written by grown-up and insightful writers. Griddy
