*giggle* 200? I have over 2,000 authors on alert at FFn. I would far prefer to be able to do similar at TWCS than favoriting individual stories.

No, you don't. You only get updates for individual stories when you favorite individual stories. Favoriting an author will only get you notification of the first chapter. I've been using TWCS for years...

Only new stories.  you get updates for stories if you add them to favorites.  It's exactly like twilighted.

I love the idea of boycotting FFN for 48 hours, hopefully others get on board with this!  Thanks for letting us know, I hadn't seen that posting.

I've just spent my day off downloading over 1500 WIP's today. I'm in the process of uploading them now. Someone please feed me! My are going buggy.

I agree, hate the user pic overview thing they are doing.

Don't know why they are making upgrades because they won't have anyone on their stupid site soon.

Ok, I'm freaking out a little with all this crap going on, on FF why would someone add me to their faves if I don't write but I have a ton of favorite stories listed, should I be protecting those stories by deleting all my faves asap?

Please don't! I only downloaded through the P's on your list. I think they favorited you because you have a lot of favorites. Like I said it's like recommendations and having access to your list is easier than adding them all for themselves.
