Hi everyone

I'm looking for a copy of University of Edward Masen in mobi format (or another that works) for my Kindle. In the past I have downloaded loads of fics in pdf format and converted them but for some reason this one just won't work right. The formatting is all wrong and the ¶ symbol is inserted everywhere, making it really frustrating to read.

UoEM is the only massively popular fic I've never read. But if anyone has any other recommendations, I would love to have them. I've listed my faves on my ff.net profile so you know what I like. I'm an E/B lover, M rated only, and generally only read completed fics because I've been disappointed too often by stories that get abandoned.

Here, I've cleaned it up and it's in mobi format.
A word of advice ... When you download your Fics (at least if you use FanFiction Downloader) it's best to download it in ePub, because this format can easily be edited and converted into any other format. I always do that and so far, I haven't had any problems.

flagfic is the best though because it does a linked table of contents.

I have started checking completed fics and downloading them about once a week. I don't do all the one-shots, but i get most of the multi-chapter stuff. I am slowly going back to get the earlier ones too. I am so tired of going to read something I had on my TBR list only to find it is no longer there because the person got tired of fanfiction. I mean, just turn off the PM's. Though it really p*sses me off when they take them down because some idiot thought it was a good idea to plagiarize the story. So we all get punished. I'm not really p*ssed off at the writer, just at the person who thought it was a great idea to copy someone else's work.

So I really, really appreciate everyone who contributes to this site with these stories! You guys are great!

I have been doing this also. I have 2 tabs that I work from. One from the beginning and one from the end and I've been working my way to the middle. I think there are many of us doing it now. It still upsets me when I miss one though. I read mostly Edward/Bella but have started saving other ships also. I use mainly Fanfiction Downloader although I do like Flagfic. I can jump to chapters using my Nook so the linked table of contents isn't really needed. I do see how it can be useful with a iPad or tablet though.

I'm just appreciative that this community is so wonderful about sharing stories with one another. I found some great fic's here. Things I would have never stumbled upon on my own. Thank you all!

I read that a little while back - LOVED IT! Troublefollows is a fantastic writer. Her fic Fridays at Noon is one of my all time faves.

Thanks to those who posted the mobi formats of UoEM. I have to say though, it's not living up to my expectations. I'm 15% in, and for some reason it's just not working for me, which is weird seeing as how popular it is.

I'm wondering if there is already a post or a place where people share their faves, say their top 5 or top 10 fics. There are so many rec's out there but I'd like to know people's all time top fics. I can't view profiles on this site (unsure why).
