Have you guys read footprints in the snow by cosmogirl? That was AMAZING and just full of anxiety. I actually cried while You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Again, it's been awhile since I read it, but it does pick up. It's very angsty, some chapters are better than others, and the author is a little wordy, but I enjoyed it while it was a WIP and it has a happy ending. I think it does take a little while to get moving. Since I read this as a WIP, I actually read it all, but a little skimming, particularly at the beginning wouldn't hurt you any.

Thanks. It was on my TRL for a long time & I was disappointed with how it was starting. Mostly though, I don't mind angst, though I prefer it with a mix of humor or comic relief. I'll give it another try.

One of my favorite authors has to be CaraNo. She manages to mix everything together and make me read about things I normally wouldn't (Ex: More). Plus she's practically written everything there is. Love her

We've discussed this before - CaraNo is the best! I just love all her stories, though I don't read every story she does. I know I'm always going to get an HEA without a lot of angst from her.

Oh wait, that's an HEA for Bella and Edward. She said she doesn't always guarantee an HEA for the others LOL!

I was kind of unhappy they pulled "What's Up Doc?" - it is so funny & I've actually reread it just for that reason.

Edward was married to some girl and they were having a baby...but they had an accident, and she dies, and edward is in coma. When he wakes up after some time, he doesn't remember anything, he asks if he was married or something. Esme tells him, he is. Bella works for her and she is looks like Edward's dead wife a lot...so Esme asks her to be his wife, and as Bella needs money she says Yes..

If after tomorrow you don't see me for a couple of days I'm hospital bound, Doc said if my eye is not better by Monday I'm going on IV Meds well it's not better I'm sitting here looking like a pirate lol. It's driving me crazy, I'm just glad it's my bad eye or I'd be completely out of commission.

You poor thing! Wow! That must be a bad infection. I will send some good karma your way. I hope everything goes well and you get well soon. HUGS!

ohhh me too, I don't think I really did any skipping on E.P. I read along while it was a WIP (I hate doing that, it has me so pissy right now about another WIP I was reading until I got really made the day before yesterday) I'm diagnosed adult onset ADHD, reading is about the only thing that is consistent for me. I even do read while doing dishes. I have a story that I've been reading like that where I skip chapters so I know how you feel.

Oh, Tami, sorry to hear about your eye issues! Is this related to your allergies too? Sending good vibes your way and hope it's better soon! BTW, I just has an email from Musette...her mother passed away. Wish I could do something for her but she's so far away. Have you heard from her?

Oh poor you hun, the only positive thing I can say about wearing a patch & looking like a pirate (& I have to wear one nightly due to an eye problem, so I know what it's like) is that pirates are cool - think Jack Sparrow!

Hope it heals real fast for you hun.

I feel so dang stupid I got a bug bite a few weeks ago, on the back of my thigh well I scratched the crap out of it and ended up with cellulitis (didn't know at the time) in the mean time my allergies have been driving me crazy with watery eyes and after scratching my bite I rubbed my eye and now I have cellulitis in my eye, that if not taken care of asap can lead to meningitis? ick.

Oh - that doesn't sound like a good thing. Darn those bugs and their need to bite. I've never heard of cellulitis in the eye, but it sounds really painful

Hopefully they can get rid of it before it gets worse.
