"wow" is right, that is soooo long! I haven't joined there. I'm not an author though, isn't the invite thing for authors only? That process kinda reminds me of the validation process at Twilighted, and just bleh! I wish authors would just move to TWCS, if they're going to move. I guess I'm selfish, but I like only having two sites to go to. I don't mind if they do their own blog either, if you can subscribe to alerts yanno, but I don't think they get as many reviews there. But seriously, that is a ridiculously long wait 

Well, I tried it, but it is not working.  Probably the new format over at FFnet has messed it up.  I did not try it with any other sites. 
I do like that it has the option to download only if there are new chapters.  

But only for epub and not for mobi.

need help with Just Wait by InstantKarmaGirl.......

I got it from this thread, I went to convert it to epub with calibre (it's in pdf) and I can't get it to convert. It just sits there until it times out. InstantKarmagirl no longer has anything online that I can find so that I could just download it in epub with flagfic (or my new calibre plugin ) Does anyone else have a copy of this in epub? or anything else by her?

I REALLY hate pdfs..........I always have trouble with them.

on a side note, anybody else that tries to convert pdfs to epub or mobi figure out how to get the second L in words that contain double Ls??? That drives me nuts. For some reason, every time I convert aPDF to an epub, all words that contain double Ls end up with a space where the second L is supposed to be. For instance Bella reads as Bel a.

The best thing about the site? Yeah, it will download the story for you.  No other programs required.  It seems to give a decent product - I've looked at them on my nook.  I don't know about the mobi versions yet.

I've gotten a few alerts, but I don't know if it's just that what/who I have on alert haven't posted recently or what, but the alerts aren't consistent like ffnet.  Also, many stories that are complete on FFnet aren't yet completely uploaded on AO3.

I'm sure it's just a matter of time though.

When I went back to retrieve the file to upload it at convertfiles, it was showing that it did convert, so I went back into Calibre and transferred it to my reader.
Maybe I need to convert first and THEN send it to my reader instead of trying to do it all in one process. It usually works fine, but it's happened more than once.

Some Spoiler Alerts!!

Bella is still in the Phoenix hospital after her attack by James.  Edward is rushed home to Forks when he became ill after drinking Bella's blood.  He is changing back to human.  When he wakes he is 100% human again and he and Bella plan their lives together.  Soon he decides to leave because he thinks it's too dangerous for her to be associated with a former vampire who is now human.  He ends up staying.  Victoria comes to attack and Edward discovers the only way he can save Bella is to change back into a vampire.  The final showdown between Victoria and Edward takes place in the biology lab in Forks High.
