It seems like they are doing this deliberately...

I use the PC version - he keeps updating it, so I haven't had a problem as long as I use the latest version. If you're using the online version, flagfic is better.

And you may be right that ffnet is doing it on purpose. Though I wonder if all this new stuff - the summaries & pictures are to keep the readers from jumping ship to a site more accepting of MA rated stuff like TWCS.

try flagfic.com or if you want to download author's story in 1 pack you could use this You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login but she limit it to 30

First post, forgive me if this is shitty.

I'm using ffdownloader on the new ff.net and it's fine. Try updating anyone who has the issue?

Also I have a fairly substantial list of fanfiction of my own and wondered if u all might want to peruse that? It's in alphabetical order (sometimes in author, sometimes title), they're pictures because I'm so lazy, if you want something specific I'm happy to search for you as it's a little recommendation for me too if I can finding floating around on the internet.

If you can PM me, please do, and you can talk privately if you so desire. I'm ready for requests!

I did have the same problem earlier today, but I decided to stop using FanfictionDownloader and to use FLAG instead. I don't like how FFDownloader downloads the stories.

Well, I guess Flagfic until it's finished. I'm going to try out the Calibre one though - it sounds interesting.

yes they have a plugin and i'm loving it tho its simple but i like it and it can update to latest chapter ( not auto )
but right now it wont work since ff.net been updating lately

i think there's a 2 version of that the CLI can download the latest chapter only that one not the full fiction the GUI version cant

I've read the complete Grey Trilogy and even MotU when on FF, and I have to say... It's very well done. The author changed only names, characters' eyes and little details, but is the same plus outtakes as the Twilight version. At the beginning I was a little reluctant, usually I only read E/B fiction, but while reading, the characters in my mind were replaced with the whole cast of Twilight, so It wasn't difficult for me. I really enjoyed the books and I heartly recommend them to all of you. Open your mind and give them a chance! You'll never know if you don't try.

I've only read the complete trilogy of fifty shades, not MOTU. It was this trilogy that pointed me to go to fan fiction as I completely loved it and was told after that it was first MOTU in Ffn. I loved it so much i finished the 3 books in 1 week and started reading book 1 right after finishing the trilogy. So yes, i've read the trilogy twice including all outtakes.

I've been anxiously waiting for news on who will play Christian. My friends and i are rooting for Ian Somerhalder bec we all read fifty and physical descriptions there seemed to fit Ian better then Rob. Dont hate me, girls!

I started fifty without knowing it was FFn hence Christian for me was entirely diff. from Edward. This is why I cant seem to bring myself to read MOTU.

Still love Rob and will always think of him as Edward. That's why i've been reading (addicted to) all these ffn, with Rob and all the movie cast firmly planted in my mind as the faces in all the stories.
