*groans* I told Ella if she told anyone what my all time favorite was I'd deny it til my death cause it's told in Rosalie's POV but it was a phenomenally written story, it's been pulled to publish I believe. I think the author (TheHeartofLife) is one of those rare jewels with the written word, not that there aren't many many many great writer's out there, but this story I just don't have enough words for.. It's called "The Long Way Home" by TheHeartOfLife.. Amazing read!

Holy Cow Thank you. I went looking for it a couple of weeks ago and couldn't find it. I must have typed her name wrong or something because when I looked there were no stories listed..

Tami, glad to hear you're up and about. Thanks for sharing your opinion on EP. It's sheer no. of pages is daunting to me that's why i've been postponing reading it. But after your comments, will read it next after i finish the last book in Bella Andre's Bad Boys of Football trilogy tonight. I guess i have to start reading the highly rec ones with over 900 pages sometime...

Btw girls, are you the type that can read several books at the same time? My husband drives me nuts when i see him with 5 books with bookmarks on his bedside table. He would read a few chapters from 2 books one night, then a few from the other books the next night and so on. Maybe my brain is not into "multi tasking" but when i read, i make sure i finish the book before starting another one. I can't stand not finishing a book and not knowing how it ends, that's why i stick to it. Am i too OCD to feel this way? Except for WIPs, do you girls read a few finished books at the same time?

I have not read With Thee Fade Away. I will have to look for the summary. I am kinda picky on my vamp fics. So many fics, not enough time.

AU, Edward/Bella; rated T. After Renee is believed to have committed suicide under mysterious circumstances, Bella moves to Forks under Charlie’s guardianship. On her first day, she encounters Edward, an intolerable English jerk, and makes the mistake of taking a stand against him.
What our unfortunate heroine doesn’t know about her classmate is that he is a thousand-year-old ancient with a taste for hemoglobin. Will she and Edward be able to fall in love, or will he kill her first?
Be warned: this Edward is not the sweet shiny Volvo owner that tries to abstain from human blood at all costs. He’s seductive, snarky and lethal, but to me that just adds on to his appeal. One of the beautiful things about Fanfiction is being able to find different aspects of a character, and Derdriu oFaolain does this perfectly.

I was reading The Blessing and the Curse as it was a wip, it was amazing. I never finished it, RL got in the way hardcore and I stopped reading fanfic all together for a couple of years so I still need to go back and finish it...actually I need to start from the beginning again.

Wow, I didn't know that And With Thee Fade Away was rated T....come to think of it there weren't any real lemons (they did sleep together but it wasn't described) but it was really good. If I would have known it was rated T I probably wouldn't have read it in the first place (I don't read T ever lol, I like smut and 'adult' stuff lol) but in this case I'm glad I didn't know that before hand. It was different and quite good

And Friday's at Noon? LOVE it so far! But it's not satisfying my vamp craving lol. There are just sometimes I want a powerful, protective, immortal Edward

ETA: How odd, twifanfictionrecs has it listed at Rated M? No smut aside, I'm surprised it is rated T...

By pre-reader do you mean someone that has read all the chapters before they were posted? And did you flounce because you do not like the pre-reader personally, or because there are so many errors you can't actually believe that someone else read it and allowed it to be posted like that?

I've never flounced because of a pre-reader mentioned in the A/N, but to be completely honest I rarely (if ever) read A/Ns :oops:. I don't read WIPS so by the time I'm reading the completed story, the A/Ns are often irrelevant...

Now see I love reading author's notes. Half my comments are on the notes and not the actual story. Sometimes I really don't have anything to say about the story - not that it's bad, just it's not at a place where I can think of anything to comment on.

I must have missed a posting on Saturday, because I am waaaayyyyy behind

I have probably a dozen wips I am reading and one completed one as well as a book. I started out with one wip and while I waited, I read a completed one. Now my wip list has grown and I can read many at once.

Tami I am glad your back feels better. I got a cortisone shot Friday in my elbow, and relief has started today. I have fought tennis elbow for 3 months.

Halloween is approaching and the nights are getting cooler. I was in the mood for an AU fic and found it today. I always loved her writing, a few typos, but I only have 3 more chp and I will have completed it all in one day.

Oooh, that brings back so many memories! Perfect strangers indeed! I wonder how bronson pinchot is doing, hmmmm.

he seems to be fine - I was watching a show on HGTV (Home & Garden TV or was it DIY -the Do-It-Yourself Network - I get those confused $:-\$ )

Anyway (excuse my ADD) Bronson bought an old historical farmhouse in I think Pennsylvania? and was redoing it to look like it would have looked back when it was first built. It is a series & I only watched a few episodes, but it was really interesting if you like historical building stuff.

Yes, the shot was painful. The doctor warned me that it would hurt a lot more before I started getting relief. The worse pain was Friday night / Sat morning. It actually feels great today, but for once I did what the doctor ordered and used ice and rested it.

Yes, I occasionally like vamp fics. But I do need my smut as well. I have never found one as great as Grasping Darkness, but then again not many are smut filled and EPOV. A deadly combo that sends me to defcon 10. Now I am still in the mood for more vampsmut. I never did finish Lola shoes trilogy. After book 1 and half way into book 2, I got bored. Hum...decisions.....decisions.

Thanks for the coo dos on the wallpaper, I have only tried a few. Not easy and many layers to tweak, and add.

Never read Sins of a Piano Man, but will, soon.

The rest are good.

I do not recall lemonade in TVitB, but a good story.
Creature of Habit has one of the best plays on the "I know 3 things" line. It also has a sequel, Creatures of Habit. I love Bella in this one.
Stranger than Fiction is good.

These 3 are worth the read even without meeting every single one of your requirements. They are at least 3 out of 4.

I've read all of these and my favorites are Vampire In The Basement and Creature Of Habit.If you want a story with lemons then the latter is more what you're looking for as VITB is T rated and so no sex

I would like to recommend a fic to you which I think has all that you are looking for.It's one of my all time favorite Vampward fics

I loved all 4 of those, and any of them are good. Also, If you haven't read Drotuno's Angel trilogy (altho she just stat=rted a 4th one) they are really good and meet your 4 requirements .
