Yes EP stands for Emancipation Proclamation.

*groans* I told Ella if she told anyone what my all time favorite was I'd deny it til my death cause it's told in Rosalie's POV but it was a phenomenally written story, it's been pulled to publish I believe. I think the author (TheHeartofLife) is one of those rare jewels with the written word, not that there aren't many many many great writer's out there, but this story I just don't have enough words for.. It's called "The Long Way Home" by TheHeartOfLife.. Amazing read!

Tami, glad to hear you're up and about. Thanks for sharing your opinion on EP. It's sheer no. of pages is daunting to me that's why i've been postponing reading it. But after your comments, will read it next after i finish the last book in Bella Andre's Bad Boys of Football trilogy tonight. I guess i have to start reading the highly rec ones with over 900 pages sometime...

Btw girls, are you the type that can read several books at the same time? My husband drives me nuts when i see him with 5 books with bookmarks on his bedside table. He would read a few chapters from 2 books one night, then a few from the other books the next night and so on. Maybe my brain is not into "multi tasking" but when i read, i make sure i finish the book before starting another one. I can't stand not finishing a book and not knowing how it ends, that's why i stick to it. Am i too OCD to feel this way? Except for WIPs, do you girls read a few finished books at the same time?

I think I have about 4 finished and 5 or 6 WIP's going right now. Sometimes it's because I'm getting a little bored but it's good enough not to flounce. Other times, my ADD gets in the way - I see a rec and think ooooo! that looks good & start reading and forget what I was reading. Yeah. It gets me in trouble when I can't remember what I was reading.

I was reading The Blessing and the Curse as it was a wip, it was amazing. I never finished it, RL got in the way hardcore and I stopped reading fanfic all together for a couple of years so I still need to go back and finish it...actually I need to start from the beginning again.

Wow, I didn't know that And With Thee Fade Away was rated T....come to think of it there weren't any real lemons (they did sleep together but it wasn't described) but it was really good. If I would have known it was rated T I probably wouldn't have read it in the first place (I don't read T ever lol, I like smut and 'adult' stuff lol) but in this case I'm glad I didn't know that before hand. It was different and quite good

And Friday's at Noon? LOVE it so far! But it's not satisfying my vamp craving lol. There are just sometimes I want a powerful, protective, immortal Edward

ETA: How odd, twifanfictionrecs has it listed at Rated M? No smut aside, I'm surprised it is rated T...

So, I've read Creature and Vamp in the Basement - both are great. Not a lot of lemons though. Sometimes I get tired of lemons, so they worked for me. I haven't read the other two.

Okay, tired of lemons is not quite what I mean.

Sometimes I want a good story and lemons are fine, but not when the whole story is about lemons. Does that make sense?

And Creature of Habit has lemons, it's just not overly graphic if I remember correctly. So you may like it. It's been a while.

I agree Tami. She posted she needed help checking for links and I meant to do a few since I was out of town on vacation the first part of August. Next thing I knew, I had done them all. Must be that OCD in me. If I start something, I have to finish and I want it to be worth my time.

Have you read Bonne Foi by Amethyst Jackson? I started it today. I just finished The Learning Curve by the same author. Bonne Foi and The Learning Curve are opposites. Edward in The Learning Curve is a very sweet human, and in Bonne Foi he seems to be a moody, broody killer vamp. Ellachanted would like her author notes.

Have you read Bonne Foi by Amethyst Jackson? I started it today. I just finished The Learning Curve by the same author. Bonne Foi and The Learning Curve are opposites. LMAO! Yeah, I like the funny author notes. Bonne Foi has been on my list for a long time - I was waiting for it to complete and then when it finally did, my list was sooooooo loooonnnnngggg. Sigh.

Thanks Tami! I'm glad that you find it helpful! I have the main database and then my personal reading list. The reading list kinda grew to over 2,300 fic when I added all pairings (didn't want to add them to the E/B Database.)

You should remove the characters to follow the dot com in your link as they are not needed. Actually I think Blogger tags that at the end for each visitor.
