How different is Sempre from EP? I've read the published version (that and Gabriel's Inferno were what brought me to Twific) but not the fan fiction....I understand it hella long, the fan fic, is it worth reading?

Sempre is quite different but if you read EP you'll see some resemblances. EP is very long and a bit repetitive but it's my number one fic. I've read it so many times. Mafiaprinceward is yummy and their relationship is so wonderful that you can't help but smile. The supporting characters are unbelievable and believable

Okay, who forced me into reading "And With Thee Fade Away"?? Because I missed out on the cheap turkey because of you. By the time I managed to pull myself away (by sneakily reading the ending) all the turkeys were gone!!!!!

Fortunately, I had one in the freezer.

There will be turkey on turkey day

Now as to an Edward that calls Bella ducky - or really, dooky - and happily claims to be a ginger? Well, I'm not sure if he's my favorite Edward....but he is definitely up there. Up with Pennyward, Tropic of Virgo Edward,Fifty, and Actorward. Hmmm... I like a lot of Wards it seems.

So thanks for making me read it past the first chapter...which had me flouncing the last time.

Even if I was too late for turkey. *mumbles stupid store started the sale too early & ran out mumbles*

So, just finished Lies of the Soul
Edward and Ben grew up closer than best friends, but Ben was really Bella, forced to pose as a boy by her insane mother. Separated as teens, years later they reconnect, how will Edward react when he learns the truth?

The whole permise of this story is the idea that a person's soul mate might come in any form; and in which case, then what? What happens if the body that houses your soul mate isn't one that you are physically attracted to? If it is a far from your sexual ideal as you can get? What if it's the wrong sex? That is the premise, but unfortunately this author didn't successfully explore this really interesting and unusual perspective with any real commitment or skill. There are a few interesting flashes here and there (the last chapters are probably the best) but to really have done this story justice would have needed an author who didn't care about being controversial and the possibility of reviewer furore. Instead in my view she took the easy road and gave us a very generic E/B story that quickly became mundane. It's not terrible but it is disappointing.

Happy Thanksgiving for those who celebrate!!!

A few days a go I finished a few fics:

1. A Different Kind of Pain by SparklingWand. This story deals with a little bit of cheating (yeah I know) since Edward and Bella are both in a relationship with somebody else. But by chance they get to meet and develop a friendship at first but then it progresses into girlfriend/boyfriend thing,

It is well written although I was about to flounce since it dealt with some kind of cheating the story kept pulling me back, it does have a HEA. So for those who like cheating with a HEA go for it

Then I finished Sins of My Past by content1

It deals with a lot of angst. I literally almost cried my eyes out. Though sometimes it got repetative, and got a little strange in the time line it's a very good story if you love angst. And well our Edward has to work very hard for Bella to forgive him it does have a HEA
