I just read It Will Be As If I'd Never Existed by Pattyrose and enjoyed it. It was a little long-winded overall, but it was her first fic. For that it's surprisingly well done. Honestly, while I wish the first half or so had less words, the last quarter was paced really well. Accurate summary.

I was trying to remember the one Demaris kept reccing and can't find it in my notes... Anyone remember? (I've already read Indecent Proposal, The Cullen Legacy (and TCL 9 months), and Open Range).

I'm assuming B/E HEA?

Okay, where I work, they have lots of acronyms. Sometimes I look at them and think WTF am I talking about. So as I was writing B/E HEA, I had that same thought....

And other times? It's kind of a cool feeling to be "in the know" Yeah, I've told you I'm weird many times...

I am 85% finished with There Is A Light by Belladonnacullen and WOW! I love it so much. Her writing is amazing and I don't ever want to put it down. I don't think I've read anything by her before... need to check to see what else she has written.

My only issue is that it jumps around like crazy so sometimes I have trouble following the timeline, but I think she wrote it that way on purpose to kind of keep us guessing.

The jumps do keep you guessing, although I really enjoyed the story. I recently reread it so I could read the collaborations she and FictionFreak95 and Troublefollows1017 wrote under the pen name Tricycle of Awesomeness. They wrote 3 short stories based on characters from their stories There Is A Light, Edward Cullen, Dick for Hire, and Fridays at Noon and I really enjoyed them even if they were a little silly.

Yes, B/E HEA. I know it's limiting, but if I don't get my HEA (and with Bella and Edward), I'ma gonna be pissed! I'll enjoy a one-shot here or there that isn't, and I'll warn in a spoiler if it's not. Except the cases where B&E die of old age together; I'm never sure what to call those. Is that an HEA? It's been some time since I read one of those...they usually cause unending fits of crying, which doesn't feel very HEA to me.

This is probably old news, but I just finished the dark and intense Daedalus in Exile by EZRocksAngel, and I have to say I was impressed. This vamp fic was full of tension the whole way through, and it kept me guessing right until the very end. Really good with lots of great recs in the A/Ns.

I just finished reading Frontline by MissAlex. I had it in my library and hadn't read it yet. I must say I should have read it long before now! I really enjoyed CEOward!! But I must admit, I have a real thing for a bossy Edward!!

Thanks for reminding me about this one! Am on chapter 4 and enjoying it so far. What a nice shift from reading rock star books. I do love ceoward as well. After actorwards, ceowards are my next fave. Can't wait to see what happens...at least you gals have confirmed it's a HEA.

Yeah happy life and together at an old age is technically a happy ending. Even if you cry. I cried like that at the end of Transcendence. LOL! But they had a good life for a Caveward.

Otherwise I'm with you. OS without an HEA, if well written, are fine. But im not spending hours only to have an unhappy ending. Which means Bella and Edward are happy together.

Seems I got kicked out of the Fanfic Hunters Group on Facebook. Or they closed it. Not sure I care, other than I didn't do anything wrong based on their rules. So it is a little annoying. There was too much drama in that group.

What's sad is that I just noticed it and I probably got kicked off a while ago.,,,,

Ah well.

Hey, Calibre just did something weird and now I know where it puts the epubs it downloads before sticking them in the various files. The files all have weird names but there are there! So next time it crashes, maybe I will see if I can add them

Well, there was some discussion about it on another FB group page and most of the people involved in the discussion got kicked out. I kind of kept out of it. But I did post something, so maybe I got kicked out then.....

It was just one poster wondering where it went. English is not her primary language, so she didn't understand what happened. 100+ comments later, most were kicked off. Ah, the drama.

I really like the twilight tech group. The people that post there are really nice and I love the admins.
