I have finally given up on my old laptop and bought a reasonably smexy touchscreen HP Pilion which I am working my way around. Not crazy about windows 8.1 yet. Point is I did a laptop to laptop transfer, all my folders have been moved including my calibre libraries. I had to re install Calibre onto my new laptop and cannot workout how to attach the folders to the new calibre. Can someone please help me before I cry.

Thanks for that warning. I am always looking for stuff to buy and then changing my mind (thank goodness). I will make sure I close the tab down before wandering off.

So.. I started reading Deviant after all the recs today. I hadn't fancied it in the past because of the nickname and the 'tache.

I have to say I am really liking it so far and it is much, much better than I was anticipating. I love that she gives a fic rec at at the end of each chapter but, I have yet to see one that I haven't read and enjoyed.

If you want to read a very terrifying story, then I recommend this one. I had a nightmare after I read this. It is all human.

I completely understand Rickell. I thought a serial killer was going to kill me too, after I read it. I thought Alice and Jasper were going to somehow jump out of the computer screen and kill me. I don't how the author thought of this plot. I had to read a happy story right after I finished it. I think I am going to be scared of Halloween parties for a while.

Hi Tia, You are in the right place. Though I'm not the best person to ask as I tend to avoid angst.

However, I did just read Sacrifices by Enthralled. Mostly well written and angsty. Bella's a vamp. But there's a child. Not a major part of the story. And really no lemons. If you want lemons, vamps, and some angst along with drama and humor you might want to try Drotuno's Broken Angel series. Vampire in the Basement was also good and has angst. I guess I read more angst than I thought LOL!

Thank you for recommending this amazing story! Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down as it had a profound affect on me...having been an elementary teacher I kept thinking how I could have helped prevent something this horrific from happening. This story should be a mandatory read for ALL students in high school, middle school, and parents as well. Everybody with children please give this story a chance.
